Location is good.

You have to pay an additional $50 for the check in support through their selected App. Kitchen utilities had not been cleaned, plates had food stains, etc. The floor had not been cleaned in a long time. The furniture is basic, old and tired. There is no sofa-bed.

The location is our prefer spot.

The check-in was a horrible experience we arrived in the evening everyone is very tired. Trying to checking but the concierge have inform us that they don’t have our infos so we literally can’t go to the room. Trying to contact the host but not possible to reach him until the concierge is kindly to help to contact for us again and took us almost an hour for the check in. The room shouldn’t be up for the short term rent. The closet was full of the renovation trace and filled up with all the old furniture we can barely use the spot inside and we end using our suitcase in stead of the shelves. The fridge is ok to use but the ice maker are damaged so we are not able to use them. We usually have amazon order coming regularly but the mail room doesn’t seem to be helpful at sometime they won’t let us have our packages easily l would rather use a amazon locker. The internet was not working for almost 2 days ( arrival day and the next day ) so as soon as we arrive we were not able to use the service right away and have to try to contact the host again. We are traveling from abroad not a local resident so we can’t use our phone data freely and have to rely on the wifi services this is very upsetting but then things sorted out all good. The Bathroom get no hairdryer and I have to ask to get one ( it should be there at the first place ). The pool is ok but we can use half of our stay because some people having a party and drinking around the pool then break the glasses inside the pool so no pool for 2 or 3 days what a bummer! I wish that you would consider this comment for a change to be better service in the future. The price is way too high compares with what we get as a services but things done and hopefully you will improve your services in the future.
