Accommodations in this beautifully furnished home include a King Bed in the master bedroom. One twin bunk with a trundle, and another Twin Bed in the 2nd bedroom. For a total of 4 twins in the second bedroom. The minute you walk into this condo, you will feel right at home with its comfortable and inviting décor, full size kitchen, stainless steel appliances and flat screen TVs in each room. This condo has all the touches of home with a coveted location and everything you'll need for a memorable stay! This condo comes with a private washer and dryer. Located in the master bathroom. One of the only units in Passage Point with a private Washer Dryer. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, flat screen TVs, cable, , and gorgeous views of the mountains! This unit is on the 4th floor and is a corner unit. This means you have a much larger porch than most units in the Passage Point building. Passage Point has garage parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional fee during the winter, summer is free. If location, comfort, and panoramic views are top priorities, then this is your place for an unforgettable vacation! Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado.
