The location was good, with bedrooms enjoyable and bed really comfortable, the bathroom was really beautifull the breakfast was really good and full of choice and the staff cheerful and really kind

I've found a problem with the shower (there was only cold water) and with the change of the towel (they gave me a dirty towel)

We were double charged by Booking.com and by the Hotel!

The breakfast was good. Enjoyed all the options.

The room was smelly in 214 and I could not sleep as it was so bad. The girl that checked us in was not confident on original for incidentals.

We traveled all day and needed a good night sleep but there was a group (children) that ran up and down the hallway till 11:30 PM

Great location for traveling through. Comfortable bed and very clean.

As we were leaving early (5:30a.m.) and before breakfast was served I asked if coffee would be available and was told it would be. It was not and my husband was told it would be available at 6. For the price we paid I would expect coffee to be available. A little thing but a big thing . Thankfully McDonald's was open.

hotel was spotless/ room and bathroom very clean. seemed like a brand new hotel - we hope when we come thru the area in a few months it is just as nice
