Excellent room, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent hotel bar with several real ales on draft. A rare treat if you enjoy a variety of ales. Good bar food with TexMex theme. Rooftop open air lounge well worth a visit for city views.

Second visit to the hotel after travelling from San Antonio. Hotel is excellent. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Excellent hotel bar. Excellent location for exploring the city. Good to have a late check-out for $35 extra.

On checking out valet parking had been added to the bill. As I did not have a car I queried this. The sum was recredited to my card after the receptionist told the back office finance person. The issue could have been easily sorted if the finance person had explained in person rather than leaving it to the receptionist who was confused like me by a rather disorganised invoice.

We received rude treatment from the front desk lady at the time of arrival when checking in. No one providing a service should be rolling their eyes at the customer. The next morning when leaving the two front desk ladies were great, our valet guy was polite, even our server during breakfast was great! After realizing how great everyone else was I thought I should inform management about the rude treatment from the front desk worker when we checked in. She is supposed to be there to answer our questions relating hotel, nothing was out of context. Yet her attitude was offensive as if we were not welcomed there. Unfair to ruin the day to someone on vacation.

Great location and great view. Decent rooftop area.

There was no provided on-sight parking outside of $50/day valet, and to park off sight was very inconvenient and just as costly.

Honestly was not impressed with any part of the property.

When I arrived to check-in the gentleman checking us in was unfriendly. We asked where to park and he said they only have Valet for $49 a night. If we didn’t want that then it was up to us to find a self-parking garage near the hotel. The bar was not stocked well and when I ordered a drink the bartender was unfriendly.

Almost 2 months I'm waiting for a refund for over 400 dollars for costs that were not supposed to be put to my room. They keep stalling and promising to fix it and nothing happens.
