We are so happy we stayed here! The property is a 12 minute walk from the Jezerce bus stop (1.5 hours from Zadar via Flixbus). Plitvice Lakes, entrance 2, is a 40 minute walk and there is a market that takes 20 minutes to walk to (we were fine without a car). The room is beautiful and immaculate with nice design features. The breakfast includes breads, cheeses, salami, cereal, fruits, yogurts and freshly made to order omelettes! We ate until we were full and prepared for a full day of hiking in the national park! The family that owns the property is so welcoming and friendly. They made a special night for us when they learned it was one of our birthdays.

It looks like it's a family bussines and The boy that talked to us was really nice, he is the only one that knows english and he was really friendly and helpfull. He is the only reason I give a good coment.

I booked this because I saw on booking.com that this place is rated 9 but for us the place doesn't look like in the picture. The room looks exactly like in the picture, but the house and the garden it's dissapointing. I was expacting a big villa with a lot of rooms, but was not like that. The breakfast was really poor and we paid 20euros. We had 3 slices of ham,3 slices of bread and butter each and costs us 20 euros. I don't know if this are the prices in Croația but I feelt like a paid too much money for that breakfast. Also the bed sheets I felt like it was not clean, I think they just didn't change them.

What an amazing place! The owners were super nice. We spent a night here with my family. The rooms, including the bathrooms were exceptionally clean and the design was lovely. The entrance of the national park is a 10 minute drive. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

very beautiful place to stay in the area. there were no problems with the parking space or the room. very good location, easy to find. the host was very nice with us, she understood us and waited for us till 23.00, when we arrived. we really enjoyed our time there, it was a nice and relaxing atmosphere.
