I liked the interior or the rental property , however it needed more cleaning. All the white frames, baseboards, back of the chairs and entrance door had built up film of blackened by use, very evident. The upholstery in sofa pillows and chairs was stained and sticky as well as the rugs in the bathrooms. Inside  the house there was alive beetles, there was one even in my bed pillow. Also, there were dead bugs all over inside  the house.     The inside of the kitchen oven was really dirty. 

There was no disclosure about a major road being at 50 yards of the rental property and the noise was unbearable outside the house day and night, neither no disclosure of the fact that a train runs thru the back of the property.  Also, the instructions to get to the rental property were given to me 10 days before the departure. The road path was perilous and  It was really complicated to get there. The GPS didn’t work in the area. The small deck next to the bonfire in the river was not there as it shows in the rental pictures.

House and property were very clean and well maintained. House smelled good.

The place was very clean and nice. We loved the fire pit and being close to the river. We also enjoyed laying in the hammock and relaxing in the hot tub.

The road getting to the property was a big challenging as it is one way and not paved so it can be a bit challenging when approaching another vehicle.

It didnt look as though it was cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty socks on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Also when you turn the fan and light on it trips breaker.

The location is great. It was easy to get to. Well furnished and comfortable.

I would have given an exceptional rating, but the dryer didn't work. The toilet lever kept failing off, and the toilet lid on the other one was leaning on the wall.

Excellent home in a beautiful location!! Great for a weekend getaway with friends and family.

Crazy roads trying to get to it and find it!

Very peaceful great view love the sound of the water. Great grill. Definitely would bring my family up here.

Great place just think road can be fixed a little better. But other than that it was great.
