Proximity and was not impossible to find a park close by. Property was well kitted out. Perhaps one thing to consider would be have a small bottle of milk available.

nice building near historical center, big balcony and good communication from HUB team (easy check in and check out).

Floor was dirty. Kitchen equipment could be more (dish soap/ sponge). We stayed only for three nights but some more/ fresh towels would be also great. Toilet bowl was a bit broken. Only one room card so we were not very flexible in case someone wanted to leave the room alone.

Apartament was nice and new. It has big bed and was 15 minutes from the old city. Close to the train station.

Our apartament Oceano was not ready at 3 p.m and stuff ask us to wait around one hour. We could leave bags but cannot stay in the apartament. There was no balcony as we thought according to the pictures. There were no shower shelf, no shelf in the hall, no kitchen towel. Stuff offered us room with balcony in the old city but we wanted to have a kitchen so we decided to stay in Oceano. They offered free aperitivo but when we asked about it later, they told us it was not possible. Apartaments should have more actual pictures (how it really looks like)

Nice apartment in nice and newly renovated building. Grocery store just cross the street. We arrived little bit earlier, before check-in and they did not let us wait, what we really appreciate. Check-in was fast and smooth, we paid everything by card without any problems.

There is no washing mashine although it is stated in description. This was quite disappoitong for us as it was one of the reason we booked this property. Also location is not so great as in the description. It about 15 minutes walk from the city center and even more from the real beach, but close to the train station. No possibility to store the luggage after check-out.

We rented 3 apartments for a long weekend in Monopoli. Everything was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful and organized transport back to the airport for our early morning flight back. The apartments were very spacious and much bigger than on the photos in Booking. Location is 4 minutes to the Old Town and on a very pretty and quiet street. Highly recommended!

Nice spacious, bright and lovely property with brand new and cozy design.

Terrible management. They are not customer oriented at all. I give 9 for the apartment and 0 for people. We asked about luggage storage - and were rejected. On our arrival we asked about a washing machine which was indicated as one of services in description — and were told something like "sorry, we don't know anything, we just the reception management, but pay in full, we could do nothing". I was asked where is that beautiful balcony from the photos — "oh, we are sorry, it is in the other apartment". They also do not accept any cards, cash only (not sure about paying their taxes etc). They were late for our checkin (which is at 3 pm) but told us several time that checkout should be at 10:00 and not a minute later. You could also check other feedbacks — we are not only persons who found their management awful. And also be careful about the price (this is related to booking.com, not to the management company): I had the confirmation with "total price: EUR220". But on arrival we were told, that there is an extra charge of EUR60 for cleaning, which was hidden (you should click on price breakdown and find that surprise). And some mysterious "city tax" which was not indicates on booking at all. The last is lack of light in the apartment (there are only one small window in kitchen and one in bedroom, which is really not enough for its size) and it is not in the center — about 15 mins walking distance from the old city, as well as from nearest normal beach.
