Výhled na jezero, samoobsluznost při check-in a výstupech díky kódu. Snídaně kousek od ubytování velmi chutná s dostatečným množstvím.

Tenká stěna s bytem personálu či majitele, takže byla slyšet hlučná společnost a hraní na elektrické piano. Šlo ale o pouze jeden večer, první noc byla klidná.

Die Unterkunft/ das Zimmer war gut. Relativ klein, aber günstig gelegen um Unternehmungen ( Motorradtour) in die Masuren zu starten .

Wir hatten zwar einen PIN für den Eingang und die Zimmertür erhalten , aber keine Zimmernummer. Mit Hilfe anderer Hotelgäste war das aber zu händeln. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt .. Das Frühstück im dazugehörigen Restaurant war rustikal, aber gut . Leider fehlen dort aber wohl auch Servicekräfte, so dass alles etwas holprig lief. Das Abendessen war lecker . Das Lokal und der dazugehörige Biergarten sind allerdings schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Standards müssten dringend überarbeitet werden.

Czysty pokój, bardzo dobre sniadanie. Jechaliśmy Mazurską Petlą Rowerową i mieliśmy możliwość przechowania rowerów na noc.

The owner of this hotel is extremely rude and somewhat sketchy and it’s a big mystery of why he is even in the hotel business. Upon arrival we couldn’t find the entrance nor any staff so we called the owner who told us we had to go across the street to a restaurant and pay for the stay there as the charge would not be taken automatically by Booking nor was there any staff at the hotel. Once we paid and got an SMS entry code and arrived at the room we noticed the room did not have a front view of the lake even though the room description mentioned a lake view and the bathroom smelled like cat urine. So we called the owner back and had a long unpleasant feud with him over the phone. While we tried to keep it professional through our displeasure the owner showed us that he had absolutely zero empathy and class and ended up berating us and making fun of us insinuating that we were essentially “cry babies”. He then went on to tell us that he hated people and that he never really came to the property because he was tired of dealing with people and relied on his employees instead. All I’m going to say is that this man should not be running a people facing business. At the end we were able to swap rooms for a full lake view and that room was very clean but the whole feud with the owner over the phone had completely destroyed our moods for the rest of the day.

Very nice people, very good room and very beautiful lake.

windows were without normal shelter, early morning was very sunny and warm, the walles are like a paper thin and we had noisy neiborught
