Our entire group absolutely loved the outdoor area with the pool and sun beds. We enjoyed the weekend having such great accommodations.

The apartment sadly didn’t have any cutlery to use or a microwave to heat up leftovers.

המקום נמצא ממש בחייק הטבע. מוקף עצים. הכל ירוק. יש במקום בריכת שחייה מקסימה. נחל זורם על יד. אהבתי את הגינות, את גן הירק, את האוירה. בנסיעה של 10 דקות מגיעים למרחצאות עתיקות של מים תרמליים. בנסיעה של כ 5 עד 6 דקות מגיעים למרחצאות של.לפקדה. אגיוס קיקרוס נמצאת ברחק של 3. דקות נסיעה. קיבל את פנינו מנהל המקום אנסטיס, שקיבל את פנינו בחביבות רבה. והיה מוכן לעזור לנו בכל מבוקשנו . יש סופרמרקט במרחק הליכה של 5 דקות,דרך היער.

אחרי שהתארחנו במספר מלונות ובתי הארחה ברחבי איקריה ופורנו,שהיו בנויים מאבן, והיו מפוארים למדי,עם מרפסות שצופות אל נופים מדהימים, הגענו לכאן לבית עץ (צריף). מודה,שברגע הראשון רק רציתי לברוח מכאן,ולחפש בית הארחה עם נוף כפי שהורגלנו. אך בגלל שהשיה היתה מאוחרת והיינו עייפים נשארנו לישון כאן, למרות שכפתחנו את הדלת היה מאד חם בחדר,אך כעבור מספר דקות המזגן עשה את עבודתו, והיה נעים בחדר. ישנו היטב במיטה הענקית והרכה. כשפתחנו בבוקר את הדלת החדר ראינו את כל הירוק מסביב וחשנו את האוירה הקסומה של המקום, ובחרנו להישאר כאן עד סוף חופשתנו.

I urge everyone considering booking a room here to reconsider. 1) ROOMS ARE NOT CLEANED DAILY I asked the cleaning lady as well as messaged the administrator through Booking to have our room cleaned. The cleaning lady told me they only do it every 3-4 days (I booked for seven nights). I pointed out it was the third day and she told me I booked an Airbnb so not to expect cleaning. I actually searched for hotels and this property was classified as such. They don't even freshen towels or provide sufficient toilet paper (my mom purchased toilet paper for her chalet the day after her room was done). During our stay there, the room was cleaned once, and that after a lot of hassle. 2) NO WASHING MACHINE Under amenities, and I have a screenshot of this, it's listed that the chalet has a washing machine. There isn't one in the unit and when we asked for it, we were told that the washing machine they have is for their own use. I specifically looked for a place with a washing machine. There are other discrepancies as well between amenities on site as listed on Booking and what's actually available (or working) in the rooms. 3) NO RECEPTION OR EASILY AVAILABLE STAFF Don't expect to find someone on the property during the day to assist you with any issues you may encounter. 4) COFFEE/BREAKFAST All places to purchase coffee or breakfast are a drive away. If you order through the hotel, it takes at least 45 minutes to get a coffee. We tried it. 5) WIFI Do not book if intending to work during your stay. I spent over six hours transferring 10 medium size files one night.

The service provided by the staff was excellent, the room we booked was spacious to host our family (two adult and three kids). The beds were super great as we noticed this is not so common in Greece. The garden is beautiful and you can pick all the Vega .tables and fruits for your own consumption. The swimming pool is large enough for a fresh dive

The route to the place is a bit tricky the first time. It is important that you follow the signs, leave the harbour left so towards the ‘city’

The place is quite unique. Lush garden with pathways and stone houses. The young host was very professional and efficient.

15 minutes walk from the village (going downhill is fine, but for the uphill we took a taxi).

On Ikarian Standards - this is probably a 5 star 😅 Pool, Celler, Quality investment into this place - giving you that nature experience yet good sleep! Anestis was Superman - tends to people and works on maintaining the place!

The only thing was - if you ever choose the tree house ( you’d have a great view) , it’s tight if you’re a heavy traveler (many bags) and if the Island gets windy (the tree does slightly shake ; not a life threat - just noisy! if you are a light sleeper go with the other apartments!

It’s in a large property full of trees and greenery. It has its own vegetable garden.

The room was virtually uninhabitable. It shouldn’t be available. It was literally a very low attic (most of the area was <170cm height) full of the owner’s junk (stuff like old suitcases/trunks and rusted chains) posing, I guess as antiques, up three flights of stairs on an extremely narrow twisting staircase. The property had one person trying to do everything, a very helpful amazing young man named Anestis. The owner was around but claimed “I’m also here on vacation” as soon as he saw us and took off.

Excellent service -very friendly-one of a kind stay -the houses/villas are all one of a kind
