Great location; well appointed kitchen; lots of beds; great tv channel selection, walk out to lifts, pool and spa

very run down furniture; bathrooms falling apart (the whole place needs a remodel, but bathroom remodel is a must); smelly carpet, MUST be replaced

Location adjacent to mountain village for Park City easy to walk to ski lifts. Walkable to Main Street in good weather. Covered private parking. Comfortable main living space.

Bathrooms were very outdated, esp the common bathroom. Strange deep jetted tub was very difficult to get in and out of to use the shower, could be even dangerous for some. The second bedroom had no closet. It was freezing cold as it had a poorly-insulated window and no heat supplying the room. Suggest at least providing a space heater to supplement. There was a horrible smell from the kitchen sink. A $250 cleaning fee was charged but we were still asked to remove garbage and linens, etc.

Location is superb, condo spacious, kitchen well equipped, could easily accommodate a family of 10. The condo had a water leak that saturated part of the floor in front of Master Suite. Evidence of Previous leak. Occurred Christmas Day. Manager responsive, but unable to correct the situation. Unable to use one of the queen size bed because of a break in support under the bed

This condo was the most well stocked rental I've ever purchased. The kitchen had everything including paper goods, pantry items, etc. Location was perfect for walking everywhere or taking the bus. Pool was warm enough to use in Oct and firepit was a great place for gathering. Very pleased with stay.

Carpet was worn and frayed in spots. Top bunks are hot at night, but might be very cozy in winter.

Location was awesome, about a 10-15 minute walk to Main Street. Living room was cozy and bedrooms were very comfortable. Having two full bathrooms was great as well. Kitchen was fully stocked and the tv was large and had all the streaming services.

I love the room that has the 4 queen bunk beds, this is something I have never seen anywhere else and its a fantastic Idea because you can have tons of sleeping room. Good for big families. We only have one child but for big families its also perfect and tons of storage. Also a twin bunk bed in the hallway which sounds weird but it actually fits the apartment just fine. AND another double bed that is in the living room.

I thought that the apartment came with a hot tub but the hot tub is actually a community one in the complex. So the title is a bit misleading. However there is a jacuzzi tub in there so maybe use that in the title? Something that I would not say I didn't like but could be a disadvantage if someone is not aware before booking that the shower, counters and toilet are for smaller people. We are average in height and weight but if you are say 6 feet 200+ pounds I wouldn't think using the facilities would be very comfortable.
