The caravan was very clean and new, and in a great location right near the beach. A lovely spot for a family weekend.

There wasn't a book or folder with information specifically for use of the caravan (I e. in addition to the park itself). It would have been good to have a bit more information available about how to work some of the appliances, what to do with rubbish, how to work the heating, etc. The caravan itself is very nice but the park is a little tired and I think it would be very busy in summer.

we had lovely time here in this caravan. We used to have a 2008 caravan in the same site that we sold in 2021 due to some reasons and we decided to try this new one as we love Cambersands , I must stretch that you get what you pay for. This caravan central heating works so fast . There is no smell of mould or damp and it’s very spacious. clean and the owner gets in touch from the time you book until you leave. what a wonderful owner.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable plus all our needs met. It was very clean, cosy, comfortable and across the road from the sea front. The soft white fresh n fluffy towels. Adequate cupboard space, comfortable beds, kitchen facilities including a full size fridge/freezer. The thoughful free hamper basket. Two toilets and much more.

Being near to the roadside - but it was not a big deal as the traffic is extremely light and there is so much wide open space to enjoy.

Next door neighbours very noisy yappy dog being left out on the veranda whilst they were inside was not very peaceful van located very close to the road

The view from the caravan was great and so close to the beach

It was located 5 minutes walk from the beach, we could hear the waves when we arrived! Comfortable beds, toys and books for the children and a well equipped kitchen.

This property is very clean and well kept. The decor is neutral and airy and surprisingly spacious. I wouldn't think twice about returning or booking immediately if you are thinking of visiting. Our host Narin was non intrusive but available to help if we needed any assistance. A big thank you to Narin for making our stay enjoyable.

No blackout curtains to block out sunlight for those with light sensitivity. Sofabed would benefit from an additional mattress topper to minimise feeling the metal bar on your back and legs. No fans to keep the rooms cool during hotter days/nights. These are certainly not dealbreakers but would enhance what was already an excellent stay. Thanks again!

Great location. Accommodation was lovely with great outside seating area. Host always responded quickly to questions ahead of our stay.

Perfect location - a short walk to the beach. Caravan is not in the busy entertainment area of the resort.

We could not find the baby high chair.

Really modern and clean. It even had a dishwasher. Best spacious shower I've ever had in a caravan. Short walk to the beach. Fab!

I liked everything.

Prior to arrival the owner was super helpful, provided all of the information we would need to include full directions, options of activities and places to visit alongside answering all of my questions. Upon arrival there were tea, coffee, biscuits and milk provided to help you settle in and a query I had regarding Wifi was resolved in minutes. The caravan was very clean and really spacious with a lovely open plan living room/kitchen/dining room area that our family, including two children, found to be super comfortable with space to both relax and play. The bedding and towels were hotel quality! And the layout ideal for a family. The location was tucked away in a corner at the front of the park which meant you were very close to the beach access points and far enough away from any entertainment centre to be quiet at night. I can only speak positively about our stay as Sea Breeze provided all you could ask for.

Everything was perfect!

Beautiful caravan , very modern , very clean all the mod cons , even WiFi . Narin was a brilliant host answered any question straight away . Location is perfect for beach like a 2 minute walk . Has to be one of the best homes on site. Park dean have great activities for kids , day and Evening . Rye is worth a visit as it’s a beautiful town.

The property was brand new, very clean and comfortable and very welcoming. We will definitely recommend and would like to return. Our host Narin was very polite and helpful and even rang to make sure we arrived safely.
