The property location was fabulous! Such beautiful views of the Gulf. The property has so much to do! Two hot tubs, huge lazy river an indoor pool and I saw there was a small theater that we sadly ran out of time to check out

Check in was a challenge because one of the interior bedroom doors were locked apparently after housekeeping staff left and the toilet in the main hall was inoperable. I asked the property owner about my issues and he said someone from the hotel maintenance would be out in the AM to fix the toilet but sadly they never came. I had to reach into the toilet to reattach the chain but even then the toilet made a loud echoing dripping noise the entire time. The dishwasher was broken but owner was aware and said new dishwasher was on order. Owner was very accessible by phone. Condo was clean. Plenty of seating. Easy check out instructions.

The pools and security for our family. We did not have to contact the host for anything.

The trundle bed was not very comfortable.

Ocean and pool views are spectacular. Kitchen Aid Appliances in kitchen are nice. The unit is clean.

Mosquitoes inside condo! Husband killed 2 mosquitoes inside condo. Everyone got bitten by mosquitoes. Ceiling lights in master bedroom not working so it's dark with only one lamp working. All rooms are dark, need more lights in bedrooms and in common bath room. Furnitures in living room are old, need new upholstery and new cushions. The high chairs in kitchen and balcony furnitures need new paint and need new cushion or upholstery on 2 reclining chairs as well. The shower knob in common bathroom is missing so we had to figure out how to turn the shower on by putting finger in the hole which isn't safe. Didn't bother to call the management anymore coz we don't want any other person to go inside condo due to pandemic besides we're only staying for 2 nights anyway. The pool was closed so we were disappointed with that as only the lazy river was opened. Many mosquitoes around! We got many mosquito bites! The management should do something to eliminate mosquitoes. Got a call from a guy who worked there few hours after we checked out asking if we turned in the keys. My husband and I turned in both sets of keys and the garage door opener at the same time to the guy in front desk. Ridiculous! we'll never stay here again. The price originally when I booked was around $795.26 but was surprised that my card was charged $839.24. I tried to call but failed to reach them. I also sent message but it won't go thru either. So disappointed. Will never book this place ever again.
