The cottage was beautiful . It was in a perfect location in the middle of Christchurch. We had a dog with us so it was great to have a garden area. The cottage was very well equipped. It has an excellent shower. The bedroom was a lovely size, the bed very comfortable.

When I booked the cottage it was described as having two bedrooms. It only has one, with a sofa bed in the lounge. We were staying there with a friend and expected to have a bedroom each. It was really disappointing and awkward.

The house is gorgeous and clean. The decor is lovely and it had everything we needed. The best part is the location - so central and right in the hustle and bustle of Christchurch. Just lovely.

Lovely little cottage for our short stay, great location and beautifully decorated. Parking was easy, 5 min walk away. Use the Just Park App much easier to extend your stay etc. Some of the places we visited were the Beach Hut Cafe right on the beach 10 min drive. Evening meal at the Noisy Lobster beautiful food and a sun terrace for cocktails again 10 minute drive.

This is not negative but some feedback A guestbook would helpful, often find these in holiday lets. It enables guest to perhaps see where places to eat and places to visit. Also enables guests to leave messages to the host. No recycling bins ie paper/ tins and bottles TV - yes there is a TV but you have to use your own account ie ITV/BBC account. Netflix is provided for free. Personally for me I paired my iPhone to the TV. But not everyone knows how to do this so could be a little baffled. I thinking paying a TV licence and having a TV aerial would not cost a great deal. Plus for the cost of stay I would expect this. First time I have had this experience I have to be honest.

one of the beds is a small double so although it was perfect my myself and husband sleeping in different beds, 4 adults would be really cozy.

This is such a cute place to stay. offers everything you could possibly need.

The patio doors were tricky to lock. on the one occasion we wanted to watch a tv programme (quite late after being out) it was a nightmare to get the tv working so we couldn’t watch what we wanted to watch. on the whole it was clean but Coukd do with a thorough dusting throughout. check-out needs to be midday for a property like this
