We stayed the previous 2 times in a guest house opposite Aspen as weren't sure about it, but Aspen exceeded our expectations! We had a room on the top floor with a roof window from which you could easily see the ships coming in and out of the port. The bathroom was quite spacious (although would prefer it to have brighter light as I was struggling to see when getting ready), the shower pressure was strong and the temperature hot and consistent. The room had plenty of storage facilities and even a decent fridge, which was massively appreciated! The staff (who also work in the guest house we stayed in previously) were extremely nice and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant surprise and we definitely would consider staying here again if in Peterhead.

Nothing was really wrong, but could be great if the light in the bathroom was a bit brighter as there's no natural light in the room and if both sides of the bed could have some sort of bedside table (maybe by moving the bed to the dressing table and moving the bedside table to the wall?). Oh, and a few hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes would be fantastic. But that's just a suggestion!

Rooms were of particularly pleasant to come home to and John the host was very accommodating and approachable.

Really nice, clean and quiet place! Hotel manager and stuff were very nice and freindly! Stuff were cleaned the room and toilet everyday! Also fresh towel and clean cups everyday! no complain at all! looking forward to book again in future!

Only thing is Toilet was outside the room and beacause we booked for long time it was a bit hard for my husband he got diabetic, but manager explained that why that happend, so other than that toilet was nice and clean no complain very nice and clean place to stay, will deffo recommend it.

The room is very large, tastefully decorated and well equipped. You can not beat it at this price! Been there several times and never disappointed.
