I didn’t like that on the game room I found broken glass on the floor and my niece cut her toe, On master bedroom the bed I can feel the wires.

Property was very nice, Rooms were plentiful and very close to all the Disney Parks, closest being Animal Kingdom. There are 3 Double/King beds and then 3 rooms with "bunk" twin beds. The kids loved it esp the princess room. The garage is a very nice game room for kids. Had private Pool with Hot tub, We did not use the hot tub since the "heated" part was an additional 45 dollar cost per day, same with the grill that was available. but the kids used the pool on our "park" off day. Easy to park two cars at the property and then an additional one at a near by club house, so if you have several families like we did it works out very good. Walmart is near by as well as a Publix that delivered to the house both within 2-3 miles. Lots of cooking utensils, rice cooker, microwave and stove. Plenty of Bathrooms. There is a Coffee pot, but it is only for 4 cups, much like in room coffee pots in hotel rooms. The owners are very responsive and answer questions quickly.

I kind of hate to say but didn't really like the whole check in process totally (really different from other houses/condos rented), you have to fill out a docusign document, that we had a lot of trouble with before you get the code to enter the door. Also there was a lot of language regarding damages and lost items, including sheets, towels (not that many) kitchen items (charged for missing) and there were a lot and no way to know what they already had and then they wanted you to send pictures of damages within 24 hours of check in, which I get, they have put alot of effort into the space, but there was several things already wrong, nothing major of course, Place was really nice but for for those of us who have OCD and a rule follower, a little anxiety causing-I think they should acknowledge what is already wrong i.e paint missing under electric box, no utensil container for dishwasher and just have you add additional things if you find them on check in. I think if I would have known all that upfront, It might not have caused me anxiety, so take what I say with a grain of salt.. it really is a great place.

The property was beautifully presented and kept to a high standard. The hosts were amazing with us and made everything very easy for us. The location was spot on. Less than 5 mins away from the local walmart, sovereign shops and over 20 restaurants. 10-15mins from all the disney parks and about 25 mins from universal. Will definately be coming back and can't recommend enough xxx

Location was perfect, just minutes away from Disneyworld. Nice environment, secure and nice. Also, surrounded by great restaurants and a Walmart around the corner. Definitely would come again when in Orlando.

The house was in an excellent location, very convenient to everything you would need like stores and restaurants. Also very close to amusement parks.The home is very spacious and inviting, the kids will not get bored here. The host was amazing very nice.
