It has everything you need, and for a good value. We needed a place to stay overnight during a trip, arriving late and leaving very early; so it was perfect for us, using the digital checkin and PIN code at the door.
None of the 3 rooms had warm water, so we all had to take a cold shower.

De kamers zijn mooi, praktisch ingericht en schoon. Goede bedden! Locatie is handig als je op doorreis bent. Dicht bij snelweg, midden op een industrieterrein maar je hebt geen last van het geluid. Het is meer een motel ipv hotel dus je kunt bijna voor je kamerdeur parkeren heel handig om je bagage snel in je kamer te krijgen.
1. Pas na het boeken van de kamers werd duidelijk dat je hier enkel kunt inchecken door een online formulier in te vullen. Er is geen receptie op de locatie. Inchecken is volledig contactloos je krijgt een code toegestuurd waarmee je de deur van je kamer kunt openen. Dit werkt op zich erg goed maar nadeel is dat je veel persoonlijke gegevens moet delen over internet waaronder een foto of scan van een ID bewijs. Omdat we niet meer konden annuleren heb ik dit gedaan maar ik zou het prettig vinden als booking.com dit beter zou aangeven voor dat je boekt. Ik ben geen voorstander van het delen van dit soort info online en wil hierin graag goede afweging kunnen maken.
2. Bij ons was er ‘s nachts een stroomstoring. Op zich kan een hotel daar niet per se iets aan doen. Maar zonder een receptie ter plaatse lijkt het ook langer te duren voordat men er mee aan de gang gaat. Het duurde een tijd voor er een reactie kwam op ons berichtje en omdat we geen koffie konden zetten en havermout koken zijn we toen zelf maar eerder vertrokken.

Schone moderne kamer. Dichtbij snelweg. Perfect om even te slapen bij doorreis en weer snel te vertrekken. Goedkoper overnachten kan haast niet.
Het ligt op een industrieterrein tussen containerterminal, er is dus verder ook helemaal niets te doen.

Nette grote kamers met alle comfort. Ideaal voor overnachting tijdens doorreis. Praktisch met sleutel codes waardoor er geen stress is om op tijd te kunnen inchecken. Handig dat er ook frigo en diepvries aanwezig was.

Prima locatie voor de doorreis. De locatie zelf op een industrieterrein is niet bijzonder, maar geen probleem als je bedenkt dat hierdoor lage prijzen mogelijk zijn. Slaap- en badkamer zijn ruim en modern, bedden zijn prima. Zit dicht bij de snelweg, maar een bakker is snel gevonden.

Das Hotel mit Motelcharakter liegt in einem Industriegebiet und ist von der Autobahn sehr gut zu erreichen.
Jeglicher Kontakt und der Zugang zu den Zimmer (CheckIn) erfolgt online.
Die moderne Ausstattung der Zimmer mit kleiner Kochgelegenheit, erforderlichem Geschirr und Kühl-Gefrierkombi usw. ist sehr gut und hilfreich. Fußläufig haben wir keine Speise- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gefunden.
Das Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche ist geräumig und komfortabel mit Bewegungsmelder ausgestattet.
Vor Ort war kein Personal zu erreichen.
Im Mai 2022 war das Hotel noch nicht ganz fertiggestellt. Es waren außerhalb noch Restarbeiten zu erledigen (u.a. Hof teeren).
Unser Zimmer war offenbar noch nie bewohnt gewesen, es gab ein paar Baumängel.
Unter anderem war die Schiebetüre zum Badezimmer nicht richtig in die untere Führungsschiene eingehängt. Das Personal empfahl per Mail, die Türe mal eben selbst einzuhängen. Das war aufgrund der Masse der Türe nicht zu machen. Für eine Nacht war die offene Badezimmertüre zu ertragen.
Das zugesagte WLAN haben wir nicht entdecken können. Ein anderslautendes WLAN konnten wir nicht aktivieren. Im Zimmer gab es keine Anleitung dazu.

Terrible experience. I booked the room by mistake and 90 seconds later tried to cancel and get my payment back. They refused to refund my payment even after I explained the mistake. An expensive mistake and a terrible place.
Terrible staff. Terrible service. I cannot downvote this place enough. Stay away.

Das Wasser wird nicht wärmer als 40 grad, vor allem problematisch was die Hygiene des Geschirrs betrifft. Wer gerne wärmer duscht hat Pech 😅

I had a problem to access my room, in the email was not metioned to hit also ^ sigh after code, dirty neigbohood, no hot water, no kettle. Noisly electricity agregate was working all night on the parking

It's a new Motel, is not a Hotel at all as is stay in the name and is nice only like a overnight for travelers near the highway.
There is no reception and is even no contact option if you arrive after 22h. Check in and enter in room is automatic with code and if you have problem with this system and can't enter your room you are left on the street is no one to contact, no one there and even no one read a message you write on booking.com.

The kitchen was Brocken and not working. They did not fix it and they did not give me an other room.
In booking it says free cancellation but when you try to cancel then you have to pay. No Wi-Fi. Bed is really hard. Only German TV. Only communication via Emai and telephone some hours. light outside the door not working.

Oddball "motel" on the outskirts of the container port in the middle of nowhere, but newly built and good quality interior finish, with excellent little kitchen and nice bathroom. But the location was good for an overnight just off the motorway, and the Edeka supermarket not far away was excellent for supplies.
The noise from upstairs was a bit much, not all that well soundproofed in that direction. In life you're either the pigeon or the statue. That time we were the statue and got $hat on.
Barn door to the bathroom was a bit of token effort with a huge gap all around. Hopefully you're comfortable with your travelling partner's noises.

The room is very spacious with all amenities needed. The bed was really big.
Fridge, freezer, hob, sink, and tv. Accessible for disabled who do not use a wheelchair.
It was very warm even when the heating number was on the lowest setting.

Large and comfortable bed, very clean , large bathroom with heated floor and shower. The room facilities, the fridge, the mini kitchen were great. Parking in front of the room. Everything is modern and new.
Check-in was very easy on-line with PIN to access the room.
The area is industrial but it did not bother us at all, since we stopped just for 1 night to rest during our trip.
Would recommend.

Sparkling clean, furniture is new, beds are new and confortable, linen clean and new.
You have stove, pans and water boiler, a big fridge with freezer, more than enough to cook simple meals.
Rooms are quiet, bathroom big and confortable. Although the motel is in an industrial area, the big window in the room is facing fields and meadows.
Only accessible with car.
The place is brand new and the area around is not compleated and cleaned up yet. But from inside the room you couldn't tell.
There's a (temporary I suppose..) power generator on the parking lot, pretty noisy. But from inside the room you can't hear it, unless you open the bathroom window (still not a real burden)

The standard of the room was great. Finished to a very high standard and plenty of room. Liked the parking location too! I will be back!
Location is a bit strange (industrial park) but to be honest it was absolutely fine. Will be great when the surrounding area/landscape is complete. There was no breakfast or maybe I misunderstood. Overall no complaints!
