Lage

Ich war schon 3 x in diesem Hotel und war diesmal ziemlich enttäuscht. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön und die Lage ist gut. Ich werde wiederkommen weil ich öfter in Görlitz zu tun habe.

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Miniküche war schmutzig und das Bad ebenfalls. Die Holzvertäfelte Wand neben dem Bett war total klebrig.

Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es war sauber, schön eingerichtet und Parkplätze vorhanden. Den Zugang erhält man per Pin-Code. Das hat auch sehr gut funktioniert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Leider konnte man das Badfenster nicht schließen, da es irgendwie ausgehangen war. Auf die Meldung kam keine Antwort. Zum Glück war es noch nicht so kalt. Ich hätte zwischendurch gern mal gesaugt (oder saugen lassen), aber dafür war nichts vorhanden.

Ich kam nicht in das Hotel rein, da mir der Code viel zu spät zukam, ausserdem gab es vorab der Buchung keine Information wann genau man das Zimmer beziehen kann und wann man einen Code bekommt. Auf keinen Fall spontan buchen!!!! Kundenservice von Booking und des Hotels extrem schlecht, der des Hotels war nicht einmal zu erreichen!!!! Nie wieder!

Neu gebaut im Stil US Motel und modern eingerichtet, schönes helles Zimmer und großes Bad. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ins Grüne aufs Feld. Ausgestattete Küchennische, elektronisches Schloss.

Looks like a motel, no reception just code. The room is very big, comfy beds, kitchen and even fridge. Bathroom amazing with huge walk in shower. Love it. Big windows basically in the corn field. The parking is safe.

According to Google we were in place but we were in the middle of nowhere. It was night and raining so can't be sure but I didn't see any sign. You have to turn to the side road to get there, near the Mercedes car station.

It was very clean. It had unexpected facilities like kitchen and fridge. It was very comfortable sleep.

I guess hardly accessible without car, but perfect for overnight sleep during long distance drive.

Everything I needed was in the room. Facilities were in a very good shape/state. Very comfortable bed. Fridge, kitchen appliances, etc. Stuff helped me on the phone to confirm booking last minute.

I had some issues by check-in. Had to make several calls and wait like 1 h to get my room code.

Easy to chek-in at any time (we came before midnight). Near highway, parking spot, comfortable bed, nice room design, loved the price for this quality

I’ve reached out through phone and email, trying to have payment issues corrected. Customer service has been entirely unhelpful.

Amazing price/performance balance. There was everything in the room- big shower, very clean, comfortable bed, kettle, kitchenette, fridge, quite big room and also window. Despite the fact the hotel is located in quite an industrial area, location is perfect and the view is towards a green field through big window. Absolutely perfect place for one night stay on the road. Excellent service though system with pin codes and automatic invoicing. Thank you very much!

new motel. modern room design. Great hard mattress and linens. mini kitchen is an excellent addition to a comfortable room and a spacious shower room.

poor internet in the evening. for some unknown reason, the fire alarm went off. Husband knew how to turn it off. but those who do not know will be uncomfortable. It is necessary that the room has instructions on how to behave if the sensor is triggered for no apparent reason.

I didn´t figured out the location was too far from City Centre. I needed to go to another hotel.
