breakfast was super. and the location was nice

Location is good and travelling to any place is convenient..
The room which allotted to me doesn't have a proper ventilation and light. The room have a foul smell and bath room don't have an exhaust facility.. I put a lot of pressure to the staff and finally they changed the room. The staffs are not professional.

There is no space for the driver to sleep.
Experience would be better if that facility is made available in future
There is a communication gap between the kitchen and dining area. Main course were served cold and rubbery lately.
The toilet closet cover is baby size. Not a comfortable s(h)it

It is near the temple and Railway station. Main desk was courteous.
The cleaning staff used the same towel we use for bathing to clean the entire washroom including toilet seat. A very pathetic and shocking sight it was. There was a confusion on breakfast and restaurant denied to provide breakfast at the Rs.150/- rate as advertised.

LOCATION WAS GOOD BECAUSE IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO MY DESTINATION.
NO BREAKFAST @ 4000 (ITS DISAPPOINTING TO HAVE BOOKED ONLINE, THEY SAID AS I HAVE BOOKED THROUGH ONLINE I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR BREAKFAST OFFER WHERE THE COST IS 500 MORE TO ME, WHILE SOMBODY ENTERED IN THE SAME HOTEL WITH CURRECNT BOOKING GOT THE PRICE @3500 WITH FREE BREAKFAST. AIRCON WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I TRIED TO GET SERVICE, BUT NOBODY TOOK PHONE. AND TRIED TO GET ROOM SERVICE FOR FOOD, NOBODY RESPONDED

Floor was not broomed. Toulet commode paper belt was not evidenced. Communication of front office person when we checked in was very poor. He was very dull and discouraging and not customer friendly. He could not speak any language other than Mayalam.

I like the location and front office and reception. They were well mannered and cooperative. But the service staff was poor.
The service staff is poorly trained. I had asked for coffee sachets and the staff said its not there, only tea bags are there so i should have tea. Then the creamers were fake and adulterated, even after 3 packs coffee didn't seem to change color or taste.

Location wise it's the best hotel if anyone can easily go to all part of city easily accessible....
TV Hindi channels was not available, it's not a compliant but it should take care by the hotel authority

Room was clean. AC was good.
Horrible situation as lot of noise was being created with driller, hammering (civil work was being conducted in the adjacent room). Total ambiance at the lobby was bad. Not at all worth the money spent . If renovation was being conducted they should not have let out the room for customers on rent. Among the toiletries, the coconut hair oil kept was having a stinking smell.
