The place was spotlessly clean. The beds were made up and the whole place was centrally located and near to all the attractions.

No salt, pepper, coffee, sugar or milk on site. Had to buy and bring in.

Insuficiente aislamiento acústico. En la calle había una placa metálica que a cada coche que pasaba estuvo despertándonos toda las noches a cada vez. Y mucho ruido la cañería al abrir el grifo.

Location, quiet place the pool

Several utensils were broken, and the floor everywhere was very dirty, definitely not cleaned before our stay

In the old town, near the Cathedral. The studio had everything you would want . It looked stunning.

How to get into the property, 8 random people tried to help with the information on my phone. In the end one person rang every doorbell until someone answered and let me in the 3 days I was there 2 other people had problems trying to access their accommodation. I stayed in a downstairs studio, it was noisy with people talking coming in and out of the property.

Great location - right in the middle of the old town so that all important sites were easily able to be reached on foot. The overall building is charming with fabulous features such as the original main entrance door and the internal courtyard. The apartment itself also retains some original features but has been modernised sympathetically. It also includes all necessary cooking amenities (plus dishwasher tablets which many places do not provide - so helpful!) The swimming pool was a bonus (although, as we went in May and as there is no heating in the pool, it was rather chilly). Finally, the very close parking was only about 30 metres from the apartment (although, at €18.95 per day, it was not cheap)

It was unfortunate that the lock-box code for leaving the keys, at the end of our stay, had been changed (before we actually left) meaning that we could not lock up the keys without messaging the 'owner' to clarify the matter. However the response time to our query was very prompt.

The location was excellent right in the heart of the old town and easy walking to everywhere. The apartment was lovely and clean and restored to highlight its historical features. The parking (garaje Santo Tome)is very convenient, almost opposite the accommodation, its not cheap but it is right in the centre of the old town, so you would expect to pay for that. Nice shower once we got it working, the handle was a bit stiff and we were frightened to force it and break it because of the 200 Euro deposit, but I phoned the host and he assured me it just needed firm handling.

Communication before arrival was severely lacking. I kept asking for the name of the parking garage and I just got messages asking me to pay the fees and then the damages deposit, even after I had done both and messaged for a third time to ask for the name of the parking again, I did not get a response. It's Garaje Santo Tome for anyone in future who would like to find it. The link to get in the big main door did not work, luckily another guest was exiting and let us in. Despite these negatives, we would stay again.

The location and the size of the suite was great. The suite was very nice and very clean. The bed was great and I slept very well.

We had trouble running the heater, the stovetop and a few other appliances at the same time as twice the breaker had to be reset. After that we were careful not to run too many major appliances at the same time. As it was pretty cold in Toledo not having the heat on made the suite uncomfortably cool. Also, the suite seems dark as I suspect the lights are all eco friendly. I just found it dark - especially in the bathroom.

The apartment locates near the Toledo Cathedral, so the location is perfect. near you can find small supermarket, cafes, bars and a private parking with reasonable price, but you can park free nearby as locals do. The apartment was clean and had all necessary gadgets such as dishwasher, iron, washing machine, hairdryer etc. Every room has air conditioner so you won’t get hot or cold. Also big thanks for the help on our arrival, as we’ve arrived at 9.30pm and still were supported (as we couldn’t get in instantly 😅)

The only tiny minus spotted was stinky toilet on the first floor, might be pipes problem, but you can always turn on the air exhauster

It is worth thinking about the light before entering the second courtyard. And no coffee for start the day after a late arrival ( this is standard in other ones)

There's no one in the installations to talk about anything, one of the rooms we rented was very small and the other one did not have doors in the dormitories, which was uncomfortable

Everything ok and more than that. Good communication. Location very good. Spacious. Perfect bathrooms (2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms). Clean. Swimming pool real, not only in photos, Air-conditioning working. Fridge working. Parking nearby (20 m) available if arriving a little later in the evening. Wife very happy - so, any comments ?

Getting the keys was a little bit Star Treck-like (via a phone app) but in the end functioned very well and everything was easy on the site.

The location was superb, walking distance from all important sites. The pool was small but nice after a day of walking. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable beds and great bathroom.

We couldn't use the dishwasher.

It was in the center of the old town

It is not easy to access the apartment if you have a baby in a stroller and if you are an elderly person as there are a lot of steps, you have to go up and down several sets of steps to get o the apartment. its just not easy, a pity because the apartment is nice.

Great location

The place is fabulously located, close to everything that you want to see in Toledo. Our accommodation was a large one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room. from a location, size point of view its a 10/10 and highly recommended. The reserve money which was kept on hold was reversed immediately.

The signing of the contract by each member of the family instead of the main member / credit card holder proved to be difficult and felt bit unnecessary and therefore long winded in process. The wifi although worked very well, was difficult to find the password, although the host came to rescue very quickly. The picture of the property somehow indicates a swimming pool, which we did not see nor directed to.
