it was very clean and in the best location.

the rules for staying there are a bit far. but I can see how it helps keeping it clean. and to a good standard.

The layout especially the chair in the bay window sea and promenade the bedroom shower and bathroom the cleanliness

We were running late so a family member picked the keys up for us and said that the host was lovely (there is a key lock if you are late but we were meeting family) Having spoken to him on the phone to discuss our lateness, I agree, he was lovely. The apartment was spotless and had the best view we have ever had.

I did worry about the neighbours.... there are lots of notices saying respect their peace but the floors on the top floor are very light and my husband and kids are very heavy footed, they don't do it on purpose it's just how they walk. I had to tell them to tip toe at night time and I stressed out about this because I didn't want to upset anyone. I would love to know if we had any complaints because this is the only negative fir me. The apartment is amazing and in a perfect place.

The apartment was much nicer than we expected and from looking at photos. Beautiful view from sitting room, comfy beds, nice decor throughout. Fresh and clean, with nice touches of extra throws and pillows etc. We liked that there was 2 desperate bathrooms which was helpful for us as a family with a little one.

We loved pretty much everything, starting with the responsiveness of the very friendly and helpful owner. We were really impressed by all of it, from the handy parking space and immaculate entrance hall and stairway, to the great layout and pleasant decor of this very well-supplied apartment. The location is terrific - with a good sea view, an always interesting promenade of people, and a variety of places to eat within an easy walk away. We felt very comfortable and welcomed and will definitely be going back. We highly recommend this holiday let - it is a wonderful place to stay!

There is nothing that we found wanting. It is not a large apartment but we never felt cramped. It is located on the second floor but the stairs are easy to use and the solid banisters and light decor are very helpful. The views and sense of privacy are well worth it.

Beautiful property. Fantastic location - absolutely loved my morning beach walks. Had absolutely everything you could ask for. Cleaned to a very high standard. The perfect place when visiting Felixstowe. HIGHLY recommend. A short 30 minute drive will also take you to Rendlesham Forest - famous for its supposed UFO sightings (it’s actually just a really nice forest to stroll around)

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

Perfect location, easy access with off road parking. Good value for money for a short break. Communications with Tim were easy and straight forward. Felixstowe is my home town, not been back for a good few years, a lot has changed for the better. Its all ways been a well kept sea front.....

Couple of points ... There was no info as to where to put the bin waste on day of departure so assumed the bins in the car park was the best place ? Not sure it was the cleaners job to clear out the bin! Allocated parking place a little tight and had to pick nails up off the ground as didn't want them in my tyres...... But would not hesitate to book again....!!

Sloping low ceilings in places. Inevitable on top floor but an issue for a 6 ft tall guest.
