They didn't book my room as I didn't paid the advance amount. No room was available for allotment to me.

As it was booked for pay at property method why should I send the booking advance amount. Previously I was allotted room with pay at property method many times in other locations under your website. This time failed to meet the requirements. I stayed in other hotel without your help.

This is a very poor hotel. The rooms are dirty. The bathroom, bed linen was very dirty as well. The air conditioning system is very poor. They had kept the room windows open and so there were lots of mosquitoes. The morning tea was taking forever so we had to buy tea from outside. The hotel has no lift so not very accessible. The kitchen is dirty and there is only one broken gas stove on which they are trying to cater to everyone so huge delay in service. No flask for hot water if you need. Plus the location is poor too.

They did not provide breakfast ....I did not brother to inform me regarding breakfast

In the morning I left hotel with out fleshing myself due to not having water in the tap ... The billed with adding gst ...but gst was not mentioned in the bill , there is no gst column in the bill ....
