Hotel smelled very nice and bedding was clean.

That pool was only allowed to be used for 15 minutes. And I did not like $25 daily fee. I did not know what to use my $25 credit for and ended up losing it. Also did not like that heat would turn off at night and we woke up every morning in a cold room.

Valley parking kind of complicated additional charge and only parking option. Believe was 75 dollars a night.

Rooms are not noise isolated, you can hear people next door. Valet parking is slow, not responsive and expensive. Rooms are welcome okay, nothing exceptional. Over priced.

One of our rooms wasn’t ready by check in time. Called front desk and staff was not apologetic, almost annoyed that I kept asking about our room being ready. My husband finally went to the desk and was told our room has been ready. No one let us know. This was almost an hour after check in time. Poor customer service, as they acted like they did nothing wrong. Other than that incident, our overall stay was great. We were unaware also that there is a nightclub on the rooftop, so we’re surprised with a line outside the hotel when we returned from a baseball game at night. It did not effect us though.

Horrible customer service. Be aware Alejandra Castillo canceled my reservation by sending me a bullying email she canceled my reservation without giving me a heads up. I call the 1-800 Marriott phone number & file a complaint just to find out Alejandra Castillo lied about canceling my room. Do not stay at this location find another hotel that values their customers. Alejandra Castillo, seek coaching on how to address Marriott valuable customers.

The location

I booked with Booking.com and check in and check out times did not match the hotel. Our room wasn’t even ready at the “check-in” time. The staff was pleasant. The beds were comfy ….room was initially hot, but the staff did fix it quickly.

The property was clean and comfortable but they failed to tell us prior to the booking or anywhere on their site that the roof top pool was closed due to construction. It is important to note that somewhere on the website, why else would someone travel to Miami….. to enjoy the Sun…..disappointing. Would not stay again

Walking distance from Brickell Downtown and Miami Downtown. Everything you can imagine is within a 15 min walk: shops, bars, galleries, offices, parks, etc. The hotel is new, staff is nice, breakfast is massive. Mattresses are not super-soft like in many US hotels, so it's good for sleeping.

There's a rooftop bar which can produce slight grooves during late weekend evenings and a train rails nearby, but my sleep was good.
