Breakfast, staff and beach area

Offering a villa with a private pool of 0,9cm depth is a shame! Can you call this a pool? I can use it to clean my feet’s but not to swim on it. Best pool with decent size you can find in Noko Phuket! It makes no sense paying high prices and getting a fake product! Why should I book a villa with a private pool when you cannot use it! Hotel is very far from any restaurants or supermarkets or any attractions

Très calme et a 20 min de l’aéroport qu’on entend pas. Le personnel est top. Direction Française chaleureuse et attentionnée. pour se reposer du voyage ou avant de repartir… Nous recommandons.

There is a beautiful beach that is easily accessible.

Located far away from the central area of Patong in Phuket, is a bit of a journey, taking over an hour to reach if we want to see or buy somethin. It is situated near the airport, in an empty area. The services provided at this hotel are quite disappointing. Upon checking in, we were shocked to find that there were no towels in our room. After calling the front desk, we had to wait for 20 minutes before finally receiving them. The lack of towels continued at the swimming pool, despite calling the staff five times and waiting for them about 45 minutes. Frustrated, we gave up and walked back to our room feeling cold and wet. The pool staff also lacked professionalism. The breakfast offered was underwhelming, so we decided to skip it altogether. Additionally, the prices at this hotel were exorbitant, at least two to three times higher than other places. We were extremely disappointed as we had been looking forward to our trip to Phuket. Staying at this hotel was our mistake for not thoroughly researching it beforehand.

It was sooo tranquil, such a nice way to start a long holiday to totally relax. The staff were all so friendly and the pool area was the absolutely amazing.

The sea water was very rough, I don’t know if it’s because of the time of year or just the location of the property but there were so many signs not to swim in the water. The property was quite far out from all the excitement which meant we needed a scooter to explore but it was still absolutely perfect.

The reception was not available in early checkout And i am not happy with their services They took long time to check in althought no visitor there and they make urgument to ask to pay more.

The stay experience was great, and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. At the front desk, I had a strongly flavored drink. The exterior of the building is so beautiful that it's astonishing, and the layout of the guest rooms is elegantly simple. The outdoor bathtub allows entry to the room through the shower area, which is the layout I envision for my ideal home.

The beds in the courtyard were quite dirty, which is understandable considering they endured heavy rain. However, even the sofa at the foot of the bed was dirty. The beach appeared as though it had been abandoned.

value is high , so they should have entertainment during the day , variety of food and other arrangements . we were expecting more but nothing there at all . it was not good experience .

We liked the most are the privacy, cleanliness and the option of breakfast menu. Halal options are available, the hotel uses mostly halal product. One of the staff, ms. Maria assigned for Sasa restaurant is super helpful, she is a moslem and offered to assist us choosing the right foods, they are delicious.

Staff were so accommodating n understood all in english..breakfast was amazing n open till 11am daily so we could sleep in n chill..facilities were way above average...i would not change a thing

The Melia is a hotel with a Southern European Island style, managed with Thai hospitality. So it is spot on. Beautiful architecture, great rooms. We had an issue upon checkout that really upset us, HOWEVER the reception manager, Khun Pensita intervened and assured all was handled correct and smooth; well done!!!

AC Breakfast area is a too small for the hotel. Breakfast food can get some minor improvements (f.i. the quality of the French toast).

Clean rooms with private pools and comfortable beds. The general pools were big and deep.

Unhelpful staff and some of them don't know how to speak English.front desk staff was Unhelpful when we we called to ask about the availability of rooms besides each other before entering the hotel, she said to check the online site. Also very very limited choices of breakfast. The resort was full of insects and lizeds. There was no service or towels in the public pool. It seem they are understaffed. The hair dryer was not working, and when I asked the room service boy to fix it or changed he pointed out that he didn't know English.

The staff are not well trained, I face communication issue due to lack of English fluency , they are not able to understand what we want. The staff serving the pool are not friendly and sometimes rude. They are always chicking if we take extra towel and speak not politely, moreover their were too late to come to take any order although we press the pottom. The breakfast was low standard, not reaching to 5 star resort. No variety of food, and no changing in the menue. Also the staff are very slow in serving. In dining room are very poor. Almost everything are finished and not available. I ordered burger and it cones not cooked and they didn't change it. Even they didn't bother themselves to take the plates till next day! More than 24 hours and the plates were infront of the door.

it’s a place one truly feels relaxed in a resort setting. beautiful seas and quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Breakfast was delious but not plaentiful.The next day i learned that i could order a la carte.

Hotel,only one small pool.there are no facilities for children.Beach environment messy.Not suitable for families.
