The hotel is beautiful and clean. Hot breakfast with a wonderful woman in the breakfast who was outgoing and extremely helpful and kept the breakfast area spotless and the food fresh.

The beds were awful. They are too hard and I didn't sleep well at all. I had a back ache every morning because of the bed. Need to put softer mattresses in the rooms.

breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, but part of that was that I was expecting a large breakfast buffet and that's not Fairfield's standard. I should have known beforehand. Not breakfast related but I haven't been able to put anything down anywhere else. There might be the proper space later, but I wanted to make sure I get this out there. The door to the rooms closes unbelievably loudly. It's like they had a contest with the engineers to see who could design the loudest closing door. Woke me up every time my partner left the room. I don't know what the doors to the surrounding rooms sounded like as those rooms weren't occupied.

The location was not far from different places to eat. The workers were very friendly and they always have a smile on their faces. The lake view from the rooms were beautiful just like it says on the room description.

It was a little far from where I needed to go for work but it wasn’t something I would consider a negative. Do not have any dislikes about this hotel.

Room fresh and clean. Bed super comfy. Christine/Christina was sweet and very helpful. Loving her positivity!!!!

lake view was not that appealing. pool closed at 9pm on a Saturday. bed didn’t have the weighted down thicker blanket/comforter that we are used to. Breakfast was not up to what we know Fairfield’s breakfast to be. Bacon was soggy. ham/cheese omelette had diced peppers cooked in them. Oj and apple juice was watered down but the cranberry juice was chilled to perfection and delicious.

the woman helped straitened it out this morning but they were supposed to change sheets on bed for new workers coming in and didn’t but charged me for a whole another room
