The host was very kind and helpful. They also lend us a beach umbrella and they allowed us to use the fridge to store some fresh stuff of ours.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was good.
The coffee of the breakfast wasn't top, but not a big deal.

Luca is very nice and gentle host, who is supporting every kind of question and I have got a safe storage place for my bike. The apartment is located in the centre of Diamante, surrounded by many restaurants and a lot of very good street art. Recommended place!

The person who checked us in was friendly and arranged an early breakfast to be brought to our room as we had an early train to catch. The room wasn't big or particularly modern, but was comfortable and clean. We didn't spend much time in communal areas but it looked homely.

At ’A Casa Di Luca’ I was treated as a welcome and important guest—-always! And I was an older 50-something, solo woman traveller and interrailer ’passing through’ the beautiful town of Diamante for a few days—-a town which I’d never visited or knew about previously.☺️ The place is perfectly situated—5 min. walk from the train station, 5 min. walk to the greatest beach, 5 min. walk to the old town center, 5 min. walk to the ’lungomare’—-what more does a traveller want, really? Exceptionally clean always, safe, caring and accomodating for all inquiries, be it breakfast suggestions, great restaurants, or interesting excursions, the owners, ’A Casa Di Luca’ and Luca and Luca ’know stuff’ and give you tips to make it easy for you as a curious traveler. They make you love their city just as much as they do! They also helped me with my failing Italian language training🤣.

Absolutely fantastic! I had a nice room with a balcony and a private bathroom. There is tv, airco, a fantastic bed and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. Coffee, juice, a cornetto and a yoghurt. I slept like in a 5 star hotel and Luca Sr. & Luca Jr. are gentlemen.
Parking is not a problem and the village is nice. Do not hesitate, this place is very clean, relaxed and comfortable. I give it a 10.

The accommodation itself was really nice,clean and looks comfortable, the room and the bathroom are spacious
There's also strong wi-fi and airconditioning working.
The balcony is perfect, very big with the possibility to have breakfast outside. And there's also the drying hanger.
The breakfast was really tasty brought to your room in the morning.
The location was perfect, near the station, the beach and the old town.
The owner and the atittude was really strange because the owner and probably all his family live at this B&B and they offer you rooms in their flat, meaning they are at home and you are the guest who has to go through the family matters. E.g. the owner was half naked sleeping in the living room and snoring, later in the evening another man in charge was smoking cigars there all the time with TV on so loudly till early morning that you have no chance to sleep. Then some ladies with little kids were eating and talking there loudly, too.
So you don't feel any privacy and comfort there and you can't relax and sleep at all.

Perfect location. Just 5 min walk to the beach,restaurants, shops and historic center. Big parking place. Very frendly owner Luca is there all days. And Mario all nights. You can choose what you would like to eat for breakfast and Luca brings all to your room. We have eaten breakfast every morning in nice balcony wich is always in shadow of big tree and has sea wiew. Fresh free water every evening. Thank you Luca.

Nice friendly staff. For Italy a good breakfast of croissant and panini. Free private parking. Easy to walk to city with Murales (street art). In May good price.
