La stanza era spaziosa con una vista bellissima sulle coltivazioni del tè. C'è una pace e una tranquillità intorno, lontano dalla città. Personale gentile e disponibile! Abbiamo cenato in camera e la cena era molto buona e ci è stata portata su.

Vetri un po' sporchi. Non ci sono le zanzariere, ma l'ho suggerito. Si potrebbero lasciare le finestre aperte, se solo non entrassero gli insetti (soprattutto mosche e zanzare). Non c'era il phon.

The property is located outside of Nuwara Eliya near a small village, and the staff were very friendly & attentive, making us feel at home. Baradhi was such a warm and helpful host, considering that he has just joined the property. He helped to organise a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast for us and booked tuk tuks to get into Nuwara Eliya town.

The room is a little quirky, and some aspects could do with a little more attention. Keep in mind the aircon takes time to cool down the room, there is a separate switch to access hot water and the staircase is quite steep to the top room. And it is located in a remote area, so best to plan ahead for day trips, sightseeing & meals. However these are minor things and overall the property has a beautiful view overlooking tea plantations & on a clear day you can even see adams peak in the distance.

The Room was too cold though the heater was on. wifi connection was so poor. Bathroom should be more clean...( aswell the water was also leaking...)

very poor aircon in the topmost apartment. it’s not a standard aircon with an inverter outside, but single piece with some water cooling built in. long story short it doesn’t work. Effectively we couldn’t stay in the top apartment between 12 and 17 - afterwards it cooled enough to be habitable

The BlackBerry Cottage is such fantastic place. We loved it all. It had everything we needed and more. Wonderful food, fantastic hospitality, an amazing house with breathtaking views over farms, tea plantations and mountains. The room had everything we needed including great Wi-Fi. The location was perfect for us being more peaceful than in the town centre, but equally not too far either. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!! We didn’t want to leave and wish we could have stayed longer! P.s the chef is also amazing - we had a great dinner and breakfast made from the most fresh ingredients grown on their farm.
