Nice house, not exceptional, but clean and in good condition with everything you need. Good location in Naples Park. Would rate the house with 8.
There is a long lasting road work, the street is being completely renewed. We had construction noise starting at 7:30 every day except sunday. The owner did not inform us about this before the stay and ignored our complainments.

The location was the best. close to everything!
The only disappointing thing was the pool was very green when we arrived but owner was very responsive and had pool company there in couple days and the pool was blue and crystal clear for the end of our stay!

it was very clean. Everything we needed was available. very updated and comfortable.

Code for door so easy to use
Bed was a bit spongy but that’s preference as we prefer a firmer mattress

Our stay did not start very well, because when we entered the appartement was not clean. However, after some e-mails and phone calls it was fixed 2.5 hours later.
The appartement would need a refresh and a full cleaning.
indeed, we could not use the BBQ, because it was never clean and the cooking ustensiles, especially the pans, were disgusting.

The location was good
The pool was green and the last night it was blue again so no swimming. There house seems to be ok when maintenance would be done, it’s need some upgrades and electrical work as switches are used for internet , stove is missing parts . one WC was not working also reported no response.

the property was very homely and extremely comfortable. it was very welcoming on arrival with little details like candles burning. there was plenty of room and lots of extras you would not normally expect to find. We were so pleased with the property and would certainly use it again in the future.
everything was perfect

The house was well located to all of the golf courses in the area, as well a grocery stores and shops. It was big and comfortable, easily fitting 4 adults.
We were excited to use the bikes to ride down to the beach one afternoon, but every bike had a flat tire and one had the gear chains unattached. Other than that, the stay was awesome!
