i didnt like how there was no staff available during the night. some of the guess got locked out of the lobby which was the only way to get to the elevator and their room.

Friendly staff. Refrigerator.

First floor room, facing a very noisy parking lot. Day and night traffic and screaming. Front desk no shows. Under staffed? Coffee machine was to be set up by 7am. Good luck with that one. I bought my own coffee machine. filters and coffee

No breakfast available.

Room had a very bare and cold feeling. No tissues, iron, ironing board available. Two very small bars of soap were the only toiletries offered. The towels were low quality. Was told there was no ice machine in the building.

Elevator and 4 th floor smelled like pot. Odor came into room. Loud music with heavy bass all night. Bed felt like a cardboard box, pillows very flat

Not their fault but someone was smoking marijuana in a nearby room and the smell was horrible.

Location was excellent, close to airport and dining.

Beds not comfortable, felt like dormitory. Two flat pillows, limited linens and bath towels.

The tub was very dirty so that you could see a dirty footprint in it. I called the staff and the housekeeping wasn't there so I was brought cleaning supplies to get the job done on my own . There was a razor cover and old piece of used bar soap left on the rim of the tub. We had a kitchen but absolutely no utensils or cooking pans which staff said needed to be purchased. The bed is very squeaky and the walls are paper thin.

the property smelled immediately when walking in, the room , hallway and elevator smelled of smoke, mold and musk. unpin entering the room I was immediately confronted with the smell of what smelt like old food and funk. the bed sheets looked unclean, there were dirt stains on the pillow cases, hair on the bed sheets and a big red stain on the mattress that was able to be seen through the thin mattress protector. the people that had a peep hole cover in it was stuff with tissue. i immediately left the room, informed front desk of the issues asked to check out and receive a refund. No one should be expected to stay even a night with the stand of the room I had. i was informed I would be given a full refund and have not received it yet.

It was clean and I didn’t see any bugs.

Well, how do I start off?? When we first got into the room which was on the second floor, my boyfriend was going to take a shower and the tub wouldn’t drain. We had to call the front desk to get the maintenance up there. The towels that were in the room were dirty and looked like someone ran them over since black marks were on them. We took those down to the front desk the next morning and she said we have to wash these first then you can get two more. So we had to dry off with my beach towels that I brought. When we did get two more towels they had the same black marks on them. I guess no one knows how to wash the towels. So we dried off with beach towels of mine for the rest of the week. They don’t provide any shampoos like most hotels usually do. No hairdryers available either. You have to take your towels to the front desk before they will switch them. No housekeeping is done either until you check out. It smelt like fried fish every night in the hallway. And also you have to take your own garbage out to the dumpster. They didn’t have a toaster or any kind of cookware, you have to purchase that yourself. It was so noisy with disrespectful people. People in the hallway talking on their phones on speaker. Slamming doors. It sounds like people were moving furniture or bowling above us for the whole week we were there. Could not get any rest. Next door sounded like a dog with no legs kept running into the wall. Definitely paper thin walls. Oh and this is definitely next to the airport. While during Hurricane Nicole, rain poured into the room from the side of the wall. They only have one elevator in the building and it broke down twice but I’m glad we weren’t in it. The staff that were there were not friendly at all except for the maintenance man and one guy. While we were there the fire alarm went off in the whole building. Everyone was going outside. No one would tell us anything what was happening. No fire trucks showed up.
