Swing pool and environment is ok

They take 3.6k for 1day and 1night.after reach the sport they said u booking is not conform they provide my room to another person I get the booking confirmation at mail when I ask to cheq in the system they said we did not receive any notification 1)tv is not working. 2)gyser not working 3)in that hotel electricity problem 4) with that AC not working properly I sleep in fan Which I pay for delux room I get poor facilities 5)In hotel 1Ltrs water bottle price is 20 they take 30rs for that 6)food quantity is less and it's costly food they provide I Did not take the picture of room other wise I can show it...worst property

Do not even try booking this place just looking at the picture on the site.. Though the surrounding is good, the staff and the rooms are equally bad.. they cheated on us with the rooms, overpriced rooms. suite does not look like a suite at all. Also the rooms are having cobwebs and spiders which were not cleaned for months. We got to the the property at 12:30 pm and we were not allotted the room until 2:30 pm. Out of the 3 rooms booked one of my room was being used by the property owner and his relative, and we were been told that the room is getting ready until 5 pm we did not get the key for one room, but the full money was charged as soon as we arrived. So my humble request to all,, do not ruine your holiday by staying at such shady resort.

Location is near Bhavali dam, that is 5 min walk from this place. Only thing good about our stay was the lady cook who made good veg food and served us.

Shabby, Untidy, linens were soiled, we had to stand on their head and made them clean entire room. The bathroom was dirty. There were spiders and webs all around. The service is superlatively POOR. even a water bottle is served after couple of reminders. Your food orders will be served after an Hour of placing the order. No Intercom. No Internet. No Wifi. Poor Network. There is a Generator - But no Diesel to run. There is a powercut at 5:.00 am and your are forced to wake up early and go for a walk. There is a TV in your Room but the Cable is cut off. Recharge not done.

Rooms were good, nice view and swimming pool. Pet friendly, so you can bring your dog here.

Location was far away from main road, bad approach road, almost damaged my vehicle. Hotel staff didn't do a check of rooms before we checked in. During our stay, the clocks were not functional, TV was not recharged, lamps in room not working. Food was overly spicy and took long for order to arrive. It's a dog friendly resort, but charged for warming up dog food or keeping it in a the fridge. Hotel is understaffed and don't like taking feedback. The hotel convinently switches off power in middle of night and turns it on at 8am, thus not getting proper rest. Frequent power cuts is a pain, geyser wasnt working well.
