Breakfast wasn't available, but I like the spacious Condo and the view from the Balcony along with the Comfort. RICHARD MADE EVERYTHING MAGICAL FOR ME..

Dishwasher was broken and wasn't made aware. He had an odor.

Great place and Sandra and team were of great assistance throughout our stay.

Sandra, the concierge, was astounding. She answered every question before we got there, set us up with dinner reservations and tours. The villas were clean and comfortable.

The roads to the villas are very bumpy.

Phenomenal experience through, and through! Very accomadating staff, clean and beautiful room(s), and the view of the Caribbean Sea is a memory that you'll never forget.

No complaints at all.. However, it is a 15 minute ride from town. Highly recommend renting a golf cart if you plan to explore the island. The staff can assist you with setting up tours and golf cart rentals.

very quiet, spacious and perfect for groups. the staff was amazing and accommodating. the only planning consideration is it is a ways away from the main town area so the commute is a little farther and you’ll definitely need to reserve a golf cart. other than that it’s perfect!

We were greeted by the staff who had already been communicating by WhatsApp. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It had an amazing view over the pool and beach, just right to watch the sun rise in a morning. The pools are great but do loose the sun in the afternoon. The free sit on kayaks and stand-up paddle boards are available with life jackets if you fancy a tip off the end of the pontoon. The apartment had a good size kitchen with double fridge, comfortable living area with big screen tv and cable, a double bedroom with en-suite, double bedroom with great views and a twin bedroom. All had comfy beds and lots of storage space and wardrobes. There was also a safe included in the deal. 👍🏼 There is a bar across the road that does various beers and hot food (pizzas are good 😁)

The location is south of San Pedro and would have been a bit isolated without a golf-cart to use. The drive is about 20-25 mins to get in to town but you get to enjoy the views and wildlife as you travel about. Not a big negative but one to be aware of.

My stay at Hol Chan was absolutely amazing, the rooms were big and comfortable. The views from our patio was breathtaking. The property was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures . Sandra our host was incredible, she made sure me and my girls had a wonderful trip. Thank you Sandra and thank you Richard.

BEAUTIFUL grounds, views, and definitely out of the way and away from all the happenings in San Pedro; quiet and very accommodating!

The suite and location along with the privacy was amazing.

No restaurant, store, vending machines or a means of getting anything more than water. Not within walking distance to anything so you should go grocery shopping or get snacks in advance.

The resort is even better in person. Truly a beautiful place to stay with family or friends. The kitchen was a huge plus which was fully stocked with whatever you may need. Lastly, the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Location is a but further from the main area, but at times it was nice to be tucked away in this quiet space.

WiFi is slow.

Loved the location. Was very quiet and private. Many times we felt like it was our private beach and pool. It was about 20 min by golf cart into town, which we didn't mind. It is mostly a bumpy dirt road. Beautiful resort and beautifully maintained. We would go back. We did a snorkeling tour as well as a catamaran day which both boats picked us up at the dock behind us so super convenient. Loved it all.

Elevator was in the process of getting fixed and we stayed on the 4th floor. Will be perfect once elevator is fixed.

pros: everything right down to the little details. Our concierge Sandra was AMAZING!!! x10

It was a little distance from downtown (12-15 min) but perfect if you don’t want the busyness and noise at night!
