Exceptionally well presented and very clean. Great to have communal facilities for coffee,, bottled water and snacks.

Not the fault of the property but no parking available, however parking is available near by and at a very reasonable cost for 24 hours. Need to ensure your up and about to put a new ticket on at 8am the next day as parking warden is there waiting 🙄

Rooms and decor are really nice - modern & very comfy bed. The photos on the web don’t do them justice. Would highly recommend. Steps away from eateries for brekkie & dinner.

You do get a bit traffic noise but I knew that before booking so dont complain. …👍 Positive being you are steps away from town center facilities.

Cheap foam pillows and duvet. Uncomfortable letting rm down. Shame. Misinformed about parking on square . Was told that there was no market on Friday. However was met by angry and irate market trader in morning at 0715

I liked the cosy mess and the cleanliness.

There don’t have doubled glazed windows, therefore you could here the traffic and noise from outside but it wasn’t extremely bad

Everything was very good! Comfy beds, lovely bathroom. All very clean. Complimentary water is a great touch after a night out and coffee machine went down a treat too. There wasn’t much that wasn’t great!

The only issue I had was the location. It is very close to a main road and there was a pub across the road that was doing a delivery at 5am which woke us up. We soon drifted back off though

It was very loud outside, windows didn't suppress the noise.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient. Very spacious and so was the shower, drinks station was very good. I look forward to my next stay in Sleaford 😁.

My biggest issue overall is purely the parking but that's a council issue
