Housekeeping schedule & consistency a little strange but counter staff sorted any problems promptly.

We didn't have breakfast we had an early appointment so missed it.
My son and I asked for two singles but when we arrived it was one king, so our request could have been filled to make it better.

The location was perfect for us. The appointments were modern and appealing. It was quiet. It was vacation time for students but I think it would still have been fine. Parking was adjacent and easy to access. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is a small supermarket nearby, access to cafes and bar. Close to Perth. The grounds are lovely.
A microwave would have been handy perhaps but probably unnecessary given the many nearby options. We asked for twin beds and we didn't get that. I would suggest that the hotel does not offer this as a choice if this is difficult to organize. It certainly was not a problem for us and did not influence our thoughts about the property really.

The hotel room was spacious and nice, and the beds were very comfortable.
The place had a nice relaxed atmosphere.
Loved the bathrooms, the water pressure was great and the bath was awesome.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The chairs in the living area were not conformable.
Was disappointed that the top deck wasn't open.

I have been received by a man at the reception that tried to make me believe that l could not check in because the hotel was fully booked. He made me wait for an hour, letting other costumer check in while they were arrived after me. It was in the night of December the 1st to December the 2nd. After an hour he opened a room say “I do you a favour cause you are not supposed to get this room” while I made a reservation on booking.com. The staff in the morning was more respectful. For a room that expensive it is unacceptable!

The dining area was very nice with access to balcony (all on the first floor).
Close to shops and eating establishments. Short bus ride to the city.

Safe area. Lovely gardens.
Phone didn’t work. Told reception. No fix?? Had to ring number off the website to try get room service.
Stayed 1 week, the tv only worked on 1 night. Told reception but he shrugged and said it’s just reception. Not ideal. I heard other guests complaining amongst themselves about no tv.
Housemaids were great and ever so helpful.
Laundry was good.

No facilities at all, other than room. So you have to so elsewhere for food which isnt always open. you are on campus which is well away from the rest of Perth. ok if all you need is on Campus
