The house was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. My sisters and I loved that we could walk (or take a short drive or bike ride) to the beach, to restaurants, and to the grocery store. The private backyard made for an easy way to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun set. The beds were comfortable and the host provided plenty of towels and amenities to allow us to thoroughly enjoy our stay. We also appreciated just the right amount of contact and service provided by the property host. We felt welcomed and safe, but not bothered. An all-around wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time there. The host Ed was very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with. It was very nice that they provided thing’s like coffee and tea pods along with other items. The bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed which was very nice. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a nice get away close to Jax Beaches. The space was very clean and very relaxing!

It’s a brand new house, clean, spacious, 3 beautiful bedrooms, private patio, close to the beach, fun activities included in the house such as bikes, surf board, and beach toys. The host (Edward) is easy to contact and will reply to your text right away. Very nice host!

How big and clean it is , the back yard is so amazing anyone would love it

Location - close to beach, restaurants, groceries... all in walking distance.

The neighborhood is still in the rennovation process but it was safe and this property and others nearby were great.

Ed and Cynthia made sure my family had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun weeklong stay.
