Great location. Lovely room. Nice staff. Great food. Rooms have a separate entrance from the street.

Noise from bar can carry to the room.

The service, location, accommodatios, the food were all excellent. David is a great host.

The comfortable spacious studio, lovely and warm, cleaned every day. It’s in a very quaint place through a locked door into a patio. The bar of the same only round the corner. Friendly staff.

Nothing but a kettle to make tea would have been perfect especially as I hit a busy bank holiday.

very very noisy water pump that buzzes all the time, awakes you as soon as someone uses it. also noisy bar until past midnight but that wasn’t a problem for us

We arrived last minute of check in and David checked us in and doubled up as our server as well, stayed open even though they were about to close. Really cool of him, especially since I hadn't eaten all day, told me not to worry about any inconveniences and even gifted us a couple beers after they closed. It was nerve wrecking to navigate the town by car at night but it was worth every minute. Such a cool town that we found on a last minute whim of adventure, nobody recommended this place or town to me, we just ended up here. You'll test your driving skills here and it's crazy to think a bus actually comes through here, so that should gove you some confidence though your practically running over people sitting at restaurant tables that hug the streets.

The only problem was arriving to the actual location, not the business fault, just the way the town was built. The town is extremely narrow in its streets and no clear signage made it hard to find. We arrived last minute of check in so the nearby parking was full. We parked a little downhill about 15min walk up to the location.

Location in old town so a bit walk from parking places (600 m), but nice, clean, normal room, with access to the roof for some views. In price also breakfast in bar with marmelade, bread and coffee for nicer start of day :)

If you have a lot of luggage perhaps minus to walk a bit (although owner might pick it up by car; streets in old town really narrow)

+ great location, everything within walking distance + roof terrace with furnitures + friendly staff

- unfortunately we noticed bed bugs (room no.1) if you plan to stay, check if the owner resolved this issue - a bit small room with no outside window - very hard to find a free parking space in the town, once found most likely you will have to trek uphill to the accommodation

Positioned right in the middle of the old town, a minute away from the cathedral and the most breathtaking view over the valley. If you arrive by car you can drive through very narrow streets to the hotel to offload your luggage. Park your car in a parking garage about 10 mins walk from the place. Really friendly reception and staff in the restaurant. We forgot our car keys in a taxi and the owner of the hotel went out of his way to help us getting them back. Highly recommend.

Great little hotel and bar/restaurant in the heart of the centro historico de Arcos! Super friendly staff, great food, clean room, good shower, easy access to everything, 100% recommendable!!

The position, and very helpful staff, great views from roof terrace and excellent value for money

A little difficult to access by car, but not really hotels fault, GPS kept taking us up non navigable streets Steep stair access to rooms would be hard for infirm guests

Really clean

The back of the bed sometimes made a sound when sitting on the bed or just turning around. The WiFi was not great.
