The Coach House is a very well appointed accommodation. Fresh bread, eggs, butter, milk, condiments, tea, coffee and more. I took a bag of supplies and didn't need any of them. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up some meals. We were provided with enough firewood for our three night stay. Throw rugs in the lounge room. A bookshelf full of books and a games cupboard full of games. The bedrooms are very comfortable with individual air conditioners and electric blankets. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, soaps and bath salts. A heated towel rack. Kate the owner is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to explore this end of the Blue Mountains we would recommend the Coach House as suitable accommodation.

The property is located on the Great Western Highway. Downstairs you hear the rumble of trucks occasionally. In the bedrooms if you have the door shut and the air conditioner on, it isn't too bad. We found the weeknights to be noisier than the weekends. By the third night we were probably used to it. If you didn't light the fire in winter, the downstairs heater provided wouldn't be enough to keep you warm. These two reasons above are why I only scored 9/10.

The place is beautifully maintained and was clean with a very extra goodies thrown in. Check in was easy and seamless.

Given the property is on the highway it can get loud with trucks passing.

All the special touches in the kitchen eg fresh bread / wine// eggs from the chooks down the back and the attention to the overall comfort especially in the winter with electric blankets and plenty of quilts

Only request would be for some covering possibly for the downstairs glass front door which had a cold draft coming through . A cold bathroom for winter no heater.

An amazing building with the attention to detail never ending. The house itself is a beauty to behold. We were made to feel so welcome by our host Kate. Gorgeous and generous touches to the decor and supplies leave this accommodation as my new favourite of all time. We will be back!

lovely property with quirky features. Host had left eggs, bread, fruit, butter and biscuits which was very kind and thoughtful. Bed very comfortable and generally charming property

a little difficult to find off major highway and the road noise from large trucks on a hill was disturbing at night. For some reason very bad Monday night and ok Tuesday night!

Everything about the property was beautiful. Really appreciated the little touches Kate had placed from giving staples for the food pantry to little toiletries to the bathroom. Kate hospitality was lovely and she is very kind. Highly recommend this place as it was perfect stay for my husband and I away from the busy Sydney. Local eateries where also close by within 6 mins of driving distance to blackheath for groceries and restaurants. Another 20-30 to head to blue mountains the convenience. Thankyou again Kate. Really appreciate it.

We love the decor and the furnitures and the whole country side look and feel. We also enjoyed the fireplace, the welcome food (specially the fresh egg) and the welcome note. I will definitely come back if given the chance :)

i would have given it excellent review if not for the noise because it is near the highway. also the leather sofa is very cold, a complimentary blanket will be helpful. The location of the tv is odd because it is near the bookshelf, i hit my head (because i am short) when i came to check the books. And lastly, the bin location is very hard to find.
