I have only THE BEST things to say about this apartment and our host Irena!
The overall experience totally exceded our expectations.
In the very beginning, during our check-in, Irena advised her personal recomendations regarding attractions, restaurants, bars, and things to do in general.
Irena and her family clearly know how to run this business, and we will definitely come back here the next time we visit Zagreb.
The entire experience was PERFECT!

Check in and support is great!, the location is also great, very close to Cathedeal.
The room is noisy since it's located next to a busy street. The bed is old and not comfy. But for me the worse was the badroom. Tiny, very smelly with a lot of humidity. Nothing like shown in the pics. How come is 4 stars?

Our room was exceptional: large, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and with a view over one of our favourite streets.
The location of Rooms Zagreb 17 was perfect: within a short walk of all the Christmas markets, and all the best dining and drinking spots.
The best thing of all about our visit, however, was the welcome, hospitality, helpfulness and support of Irena. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and our visit was made all the more enjoyable through her support. Irena arranged, at our request, for us to be driven from the airport to Rooms Zagreb 17 on our arrival, and for the reverse journey at the end of our stay. We must mention, additionally, the service provided by Borjan, our driver. Not only did he do the airport runs, but he also drove us, at very short notice, to and from Samador, a beautiful, picturesque little town. Borjan also couldn't have been more helpful and personable, and we hope to stay in contact with him, and meet with him next time he comes to England. Our annual visit to a European Christmas Market is an important part of our celebrations and, particularly after the tough few years we've all had, this was a visit that warmed our hearts and filled us with the Christmas spirit.

The location is perfect and the stay was made very good thanks to Irene's info and tips. Even if the weather was not at its best, we really enjoyed it thanks to her!

Great location, nice and very clean room, kind staff. Staff is always available by calling them or via WhatsApp/Viber. Also a little fridge is available in the room.
Payment only by cash. Free toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) are not included (there is a mistake in the room description) but the staff quickly solved our problem.

Position, very friendly staff, big bedroom very quiet despite being in the city centre
few spiders, mosquitos and cockroaches, parking is not available so better book this if you don't have a car

Very well located in the old town, super clean and cosy room. There's a plaza with restaurants just below but we didn't hear any noise with the window closed. Wonderful stay.

the owner is so helpful and welcoming that you feel at home very quickly. she answers all your questions and gives so many suggestions about places to go for breakfast, dinner or place to see/visit.
I didn’t realize it is in a pedestrian area so the Uber had to drop me a bit away and I had to walk down hill to reach the hotel. but it wasn’t so bad.
I also did not realize I needed to pay cash upon arrival… so be aware of that.
if you have a street view then you will hear a bit the music from outside until about 23.00z

very nice area close to famous tkalciceva street, many-many good bars & restaurants in a few steps walk, dolac market is also walking distance; staff is very kind and helpful, if you need recommendation what to do just ask them :)
check in & out was easy, also easy to find the apartment; apartment was clear; bed was comfy
we stayed one night, everything was ok
just a recommendation for other travellers: Zagreb parking machines accept only local kuna coins, no card or application and parking system is not so customer-friendly at all. Therefore I recommend you to use Langov Garage, you can pay by card when you leave it

Everything was amazing and better than we could have ever imagined. The host is such a wonderful person and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay at their property. The location is right in the centre of Zagreb and couldn’t be better situated for people visiting the city

Amazing location right in the heart of where it's at.
Amazing communication from Irena from the minute I booked. She is so helpful and personable, she give wonderful tips to help plan our trip before we arrived, while there and when we left.
Room was beautifully decorated and a really good size, can't fault anything.

The property was really nice and comfortable, had pretty decorations and all necessary amenities, with an amazing location and extremely helpful and kind staff. The isolation on the windows was very good too, so there was no outside noise when the window is closed, ensuring a good rest. Overall it provided us with great relaxation and comfort. Definitely recommend!

Can’t beat the location, though the street noise may bother some people since there are cafes below the window on a pedestrian street. Loved the original art, nicely decorated. One of our favorite bookings on this trip.

Really friendly staff that they replying back immediately. The mother-in-law of the owner was very sweet and even though sh did not speak English, the communication was excellent. Very clean room, close to the city centre.

Everything was perfect! Irena was very kind and helped us a lot in where to go and what to do. The room was very clean. I recommend the accommodation for your stay. It is next to the center.
