The stay was short.

This property (Apartment 303C ) was terrible. I booked an apartment in Cayala with the expectation that everything would be clean and organized. This, however, WAS not what happened. The bedroom mattress was old and had stains. The bed creaked a lot. The sofa pull-out mattress in the living room was old and dirty. I could feel the springs and it was very uncomfortable. The bedding sheets, pillows, and covers were all stained and old (for both the bedroom and living room). When we asked the owner why the bedding sheets and mattresses were dirty, he responded “you should not be using them.” This was infuriating because how are we, the paying clients, not allowed to use the covers and sheets to sleep on. (Not to mention that Guatemala is chilly at night). The whole apartment was dusty and dirty. He provided a fan, but the fan was so dusty that moving it caused a big pile of dust to fly around the room. We told the owner about the fan, and he ignored our complaint. The owner also had a malfunctioning toilet. The toilet clogged up, and we had to call the owner since a plunger WAS NOT AVAILABLE. The owner then sent someone to fix the toilet. The owner then stated that someone had flushed a whole toilet paper roll into the toilet. Then he said he was gonna charge us $60 for the repair. We never flushed a whole toilet paper roll down the toilet, and he tried to blame us. He also failed to have a water filter in the apartment. I had to go to the service desk and use their water. The service desk was also shocked that the OWNER did not PROVIDE us with a plunger or a water filter. ***The owner was a pain to deal with and his response to my HONEST review was a complete LIE! In his response, he stated that I entered his property WITHOUT his authorization...how is that possible? Did we break in? If so, why weren't the police called? This clearly shows how DISHONEST this person is.

Do not have AC :(. just a fan which is not strong

Pool open, one with cold, one with somewhat heated water. Close to driving range Top Tee and and food court Cayibel entrance. Bathroom modern and well fuctional.

There could be more kitchen utensils.

Checking in was a nightmare

Location and security. Very good

Not much kitchen utensils. The fridge had some leftover from previous customers nothing to big. But definitely count.

Nice location, near to Cayala. You can easy walk for 5-10 mins. Good Wifi.

The apartment is near to Cayala, not in Cayala. You need to walk and there is a highway in the middle.
