Host Daniele was extremely accommodating and helpful in that we were able to arrange a early check in on due to our early flight. We were also able to have a later check out which we were really grateful for. Communication with Daniele throughout was also positive, could not have been more helpful Accommodation was spotless clean, modern and comfortable. Only sight issue was neighbours dog that would become over excited when seeing us (barking) When sitting on the patio the owner would call the dog in, so wasn’t a problem. With it being a big dog, some people may find this unsettling

Modern interior, well presented holiday home with everything you need, the fittings and furnishings appear to be brand new, the place is spotless set in a quiet garden . Approximately 10 minutes walk into the centre of limoges. The host was helpful and friendly . It is a lovely hidden gem and excellent value .

Breakfast? Not applicable, we provided our own. Very modern, clean, amazing large Samsung TV. Lovely to sit outside in shade, quiet garden.

The bathroom door needed very careful management, pushing at just the right height otherwise it wont move. The beautiful stairs are precarious for older people, with no handrail (bannister) along the rear wall. Also the light on the left wall is placed too low - it has obviously been damaged by people walking the higher stairs. We found the bed impossible to use with heads to the wall as presented: we remade the bed, feet to the wall so there was room to get in and out of bed in the night without falling downstairs or banging head on ceiling!
