Ryad molto accogliente è completamente ristrutturato. La camera ampia e pulita ma purtroppo piuttosto umida e freddina e a nulla e’ servito accendere il convettore x avere un po’ di tepore. Il letto da un alto era attaccato al muro quindi nn c’era comodino x appoggiare qualsiasi cosa e l’accesso x la notte nn era proprio comodissimo. OK la porta del bagno a saloon in vetro…ma non ci sono prese per la ricarica dí cellulare e tablet. Colazione nello standard marocchino ne meglio ne peggio di altre trovate in altri Ryad…
L’assenza di prese elettriche e l’umidità/freddo in camera.

The shower was spacious and recently renovated. The king sized bed was good and the Wi-Fi was consistent.
The lobby area is beautiful. The pool area is nice also. The host is welcoming and offered to make tea upon arrival.
Breakfast was awful. They used the microwave to reheat old tea, as well as using the microwave to reheat pastries from the day before. They never supplied fresh towels or asked to change sheets. Miserly service for over 500 MAD a night.
It would be nice if you could swivel the TV towards the bed

Bel établissement, décoré dans un style moderno-traditionnel de très bon goût, chambres agréables, même petites le charme y est. Petit déjeuner au standard des riad, très bon
Proche des souks de la medina, on est dans l’ambiance.
Le seul GROS GROS bémol c’est cette seule porte saloon vitrée censée séparer la salle de bain (et surtout les toilettes) de la chambre … intimité zéro. En plus la charnière claque pour réveiller le conjoint… changez moi ça !

Nonostante la posizione centralissima appena si entra nel riad si è dentro una pace e un silenzio apprezzatissimo dopo tutto il giorno in viaggio.
Piscina aperta fino alle 10 di sera, zona solarium ottima, camere accoglienti e tutte diverse, bagno moderno e pulito, letto comodissimo.
Ulteriori punti vanno alla colazione tipica cucinata al momento e servita sulla terrazza sui tetti.
Staff cordialissimo, peccato esserci stati solo una notte

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Good location in the medina with a roof terrace. The room was tidy and the bathroom very nice provided with a good shower.
The room was directly located next to the corridor and therefore a bit noisey and light as there were no proper curtains to close the windows.

Brand new Riad, very clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Fantastic staff, Ismael and Nadia were both very kind, helpful and friendly. Great location.
Foul smell coming up from the bathroom sink pipe. Unpleasant but seems to be a recurring challenge, I’ve experienced in a few accomodations I visited in Morocco.

I loved it! Riad Zyna is beautiful, super well kept and Nadja and Ismael are incredibly lovely and warm. A clean, authentic oasis in the middle of the medina. I regretted booking only one night. Absolute recommendation!

Very comfortable and clean room, central location and the Riad staff was very attentive (Ismail prepared tea for us and made us feel at home).

Location. Rooms were spacious.
Bathroom had barely a door. Opaque in color. didn’t offer ANY PRIVACY. Hotel front door hinges are very noisy which you can hear it open and close all the way up the stairs to our room every time someone came and went. Hard to get a refill of coffee in the morning. Our room overlooked an alley that was very noisy.

Very nice and clean. Rooms well equipped with all sorts of nice stuff.
Rooms were incredibly decorated with artistic touch, especially the bathrooms
Access to the Riad was difficult from the main square where we had to leave the car during the day as the crowd for the market makes very difficult to walk with luggages. Most of the city is closed because of renovation.

From the reviews of some guests I understood that in this pleasant ryad they supposed to write their own reviews. I don't know if this is true or not, but it was strange that they asked for our reservation code at chech in. Anyway, there's no need for anything like that. The ryad is perfectly located on the edge of the medina. The room was spacious and bright, the staff was friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was good.
Biggest problem was that outside was cold and weak airconditioner can not heat the room št night, but with an extra blanket it worked.

no doors in the toilet / bathroom room. they use a half door exposing the bathroom. very unhygienic and not suitable if sharing room with other people as you can hear the person in the toilet. when asked why there is no physical door? the reply was this is a new style design.. 😬🥴

The location is perfect near Al-Lahdeem Square and Bab Mansour. The staff were friendly and always there to help or guide you. Special thanks to Ismail.
I got a clean, comfortable, and spacious en-suite room with new fittings and furniture. The breakfast was pleasant too. I loved my stay here and I’ll definitely be back again.

The property was fine, with one unforgivable fault: They refused to accept payment by credit card and demanded cash (even though the Booking.com listing shows that they accept cards). I wonder if this is just a scam in order to avoid the +2% Visa/Mastercard network fee.

it was minus 3 deg outside and the small AC in our rooms were too small to heat the whole room.
the bathroom door cannot be segregated as it is open, making it impossible to keep the heat in!
solution was more blankets which didn’t help
