The apartment is simple but has everything you need for a shorter stay. The location is very good and central. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

The overall location was good as it's within blocks of the Centro plazas, restaurants, and easy access to the main highways, Oeste and Ruta 40. Parking, if needed is right next door at a very good rate and is open 24 hours. Value is okay but there other places for the same rate that are more comfortable and not just basic. Now the staff members are quite amicable, friendly and on duty 24/7. They responded well to our requests.

The bathroom is way too small, the toilet flushing did not work properly and It had to manually set it after each flush so the water would not run constantly. The bathroom sink leaked and the shower curtain rod was just barely in place. For an apartment I was expecting a real coffee pot, since Argentina is such a great coffee culture country, and not a hot water kettle. The refrigerator worked well and the all together sleeping / living area was adequate but only for the two of us.

the room clean up is performed every three days, leaving it looking dirty. would be better to do the cleaning every two days.

The bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy

This place is located next to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. so that is super convenient. David the receptionist and the owner were both very helpful. David speaks the most perfect English for an Argentinian. so it was easy dealing with him.

The kitchen is poorly equipped, The whole entire place needs a serious revamp.

Location is good, I didn't get a chance to try a breakfast, I left early.

Nothing but the location

There is no privacy in the rooms. We could hear everything that was happening in other rooms and had terrible nights of sleep.

The apartment was in a great location and the host was friendly. The apartment was spacious and had air conditioning and wifi, although quite intermittent.

It said that it had a kitchen but the facilities were quite sparse.
