Did not have breakfast
Website offer breakfast but did not advise that Saturday and Sunday it’s not provided.

Location suited what we needed.
The free breakfast looked to be 2 days old. They had no record of my reservation made through Booking.com. Luckily they were able to accommodate me, probably because nobody else was staying there. Bathroom looked dirty and needed some TLC. Checkout feature didn’t work on the tv.

I liked the location of the hotel and the room. It was a nice size room and comfortable

There was a small selection of food. The eggs looked off, the only cereal selection was sugar coated, no bananas, no yogurt, no oatmeal, …..I don’t know as a health conscious person there was nothing there for me to enjoy. The coffee was okay.

Great location.
I had to sleep on the same bed sheets for two days and had to go downstairs at the front desk to get bath towels. My room was never clean. They said I was supposed to request it which I was never told during check in. Lastly, you cannot close the window shades. The sun pretty much wakes you up like it or not. Sucks!

The property was very clean. I got the opportunity to pick what floor I wanted to stay on. The staff was also very welcoming.

It was dirty. The in room refrigerator didn’t work. The ice machine didn’t work.

The carpets were dirty, it said came with fridge and it didn’t. It also said microwave, that was on a table as you got off the elevator. 1 for the whole floor.

Arrived 11:30pm evening. Had to wait until 1am for the room to be cleaned. Housekeeping were using loud vaccuum cleaners near my room until 2am. Awful shabby decor and lumpy bed. Loud air conditioner. No toiletries provided. Front desk staff were dining at the bar and ignoring guests. Very overpriced. No real breakfast options. Awful place.

The night manager was so helpful. We rented a room with 2 king size beds and the hotel was out of king sized double bed rooms so he accommodated us with 2 rooms for the price of one.
Originally breakfast was included but they hotel started charging for breakfast because of the issue with the airport delays.

Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Very responsive as well.
Facility is dated, tired and is need of an upgrade. Overall, the facility was decently clean though.

Everything, we waited two days for towels, and we waited for house keeping to come clean our room, no one came. We checked out and and nobody had any intention on bringing anything to us!

Beds were very comfortable .
We paid a lot for this hotel and it was supposed to include a free breakfast. We were in town for a funeral and went down stairs to eat and found out it was closed. We had to get in the car and look for something fast.

A few esthetics in the room and I found that you have to pay for breakfast when it clearly stated in my booking that it was included.

I hadda switch my room multiple times because of it being dirty .One of the rooms were already occupied and we had to switch rooms .Second room was disgusting and had bugs inside the room also there were marking on the wall .They then offered us a third room and there were still markings on the wall.DONT NOT COME HERE !!
