Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

Very close to a busy road which was quite noisy and often made it difficult to sleep.

We loved the decor and the quirky features. Our 4 year old daughter loved the bath filled with plastic decorations in the living room. The beds were comfortable. All the fittings were of high quality and very fresh. The location was excellent other than being next to a busy road. So close to the town centre. The flat had everything we needed and the breakfast was lovely.

The worst things were the traffic noise and the noise from the neighbour above (it's a ground floor flat). For some reason the neighbour above (on both nights) decided to plod around with squeaky floorboards / furniture rattling on them etc in the small hours of the morning, including banging doors several times. The flat is right next to a busy road with lots of traffic including lorries trundling past until the early hours. Sometimes our closed bedroom door would rattle. You could also hear people talking who were walking past on the pavement outside and this was with the windows shut. These noises meant our sleep was very disturbed and we've come home after the weekend feeling exhausted which was not what we were looking for! The property would really benefit from some new double glazing to try and block out the traffic noise. The water was scalding so had to be very careful to watch our 4 year old. The bath was quite slippery and would benefit from some grip stickers on them. It wasn't ideal that there was no parking but we managed.

Nice breakfast items left. Quirky styling, clean and quality decor and furnishings. Great central location with theatre on doorstep.

Road a bit noisy and parking/drop off was a bit of a pain

Amazing! The whole entire apartment had a suprise around each corner, with plenty of photo worthy sections in the house, to create content. Hence the name "The House Of Selfies". Other then the crazy, unique layout. The stay was enjoyable, relaxing & just perfect all round. From the complementary bath soaps, to the cold breakfast options, it was perfect all round. Bed was super comfy & shower was heaven. We are a huge fan of the emails which was sent prior outlining the rules. This made a huge difference to our experience over all, as it shows the host has respect for their property, their cleaners & so on. So a big well done. Price was a little to low, as a guest cannot grumble. As the business owners, know your worth :)

I appreciate that shoes need to be removed to keep carpets clean but found it inconvenient to remove them in the common area outside the hall so far from the front door.

Floor coverings throughout the apartment were very light in colour it certainly would not be practical for a family with children.Could do with more towels for a 3 night stay only one hand towel and one bath towel per person.4 o’clock check in is very late.A peg or two in the bathroom would be very useful for hanging clothes.The heated towel rail in bathroom did not work difficult to dry bath towels .I thought some of the house rules were definitely over the top and I did not like how they were presented.

So quirky, beautifully decorated, great location! The apartment took our breath away when we walked in, it’s so clean and feels brand new, it’s super comfortable, the beds are so comfy, the kitchen is spotless and fully equipped, breakfast tray is a lovely touch and the shower is amazing!!

Nothing at all! We experienced some noise from upstairs but that’s no fault of the property!!

The apartment was very clean, great decor and it was nice to have breakfast options left for us on arrival. Close to the high street and station. The communication from the host was great, we had a very good stay here!
