We always like to be addressed as if we were complete idiots who can't close a window. We also appreciate being lied to. Really a pleasure. Also paying 1450€ for a night in bulk beds is a plus: the main bedroom being unusable due to continuous traffic noise and badly fitted soundproofing windows (so basically useless).

The apartment is situated on the (only) big road through Greve, just over the traffic light and is EXTREMELY NOISY! Basically, any apartment or hotel in Greve will be in a quieter area than this one. So if you don't like sleeping on a highway, don't book there. The soundproofing window is only on the bedroom and is badly fitted, with a 2mm gap between the frame and the wall. Basically, if you push with your weight against the window... SILENCE. But if you move, you are back to your 60db continuous traffic noise. We informed the owner, who came and sent us a video of... how to close the window!!!! As if we were complete morons who cannot close a window. yay sure, thanks for the service. We have a video of the situation and the problem is quite obvious. Anyway. On the first night, we slept in the bulk beds that are situated in an other part of the flat that can be closed (so no noise there). After they told us they did not wish to fix the problem for the main bedroom to be useable, they proposed us to leave and to reimburse for 3 nights (out of 5). More than a month later, still no reimbursement. Booking and the owner don't reply. DO NOT BOOK HERE! We ended up paying 1450€ for one night in bulk beds. We booked at an other place 200m away, on the main piazza, very quiet and with much friendlier staff. Cheaper and better service. I attach two pictures to that comment, as a proof of the situation. The one is the "soundproofing" window on the properly fitted side: no gap there, it's doing its job. The second one is the obvious gap with the frame: this is when the window is closed properly (yes sir... we know how to close a window!). Anyone honest would recognise that there is a problem and that the soundproofing cannot happen. Apparently not the owner of that apartment, who is only here to take the money but refuses to provide any service.

Really nice and newly renovated apartment with perfect location right in the middle of town! Big terrace with a Jacuzzi and lots of sunshine. Host was really friendly and gave us exellent service.

Contemporary, good quality everything, extremely clean, perfect location to everything. Lovely, bright, warm & inviting. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. It ticks all the boxes.

A perfect location in town - so easy to stock up the kitchen or go out for meals. Very convenient for day trips to Tuscany. The apartment itself is pristine and has everything you can imagine - well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, great air-conditioning and modern bathrooms. And then there is the terrace with the sitting area and the jacuzzi!! It was the perfect way to start the morning and to end the day.

Honestly nothing we didn't like, but good to be aware the terrace looks onto the main street through town, so there isn't a surprise. It wasn't loud for us or any bother at all.

Emmanual was great to work with. We were just going to store our bags at the train station, but he met us there and brought the bags all the way to the apartment. I've never had that happen before (house is 1 hour from the train station). He was always available to help and was very easy to talk too.

Everything negative was very minor and comes with new rental locations...ie...no basic things like salt pepper and oil. They have a hot tub but no drying rack for suits and towels outside. We had an absolute great time and I am positive they will continue adding little things to make this stay one of the top places in Greve!
