Comfy beds ,nice and warm ,great location for us.handy to everything.lovely shower .lovely kitchen and bathroom.good facilities.
To be fair we were warned about noise of nightclubs close by but it was horrific.far worse than we thought.
furniture needs upgrading.
It had a terrible smell.not nice .its in a very old building.
Will look further nxt time.😢

The property is in a nice social area and in the middle of the town.
The front room is slightly slanted but it makes no difference to the stay!

Good location, close by to the centre of Worcester.
Not as advertised in the photographs. Very grubby, with a stale smell of smoke. Walls were dirty, the shower and bathroom were unclean, as were the carpets. The sound insulation was poor; the street was very loud until 2.30am and then very loud again from 5am with cleaning trucks and keg delivery. There was a €200 booking deposit which was unexpected and not required from other property on Booking.com. The check-out time of 10am was very early. No soap, shower gel or washing up liquid and some of the furniture was broken. In conclusion, consider staying at a hotel instead.

It was close to the wedding venue we were attending
There was a mix up with the keys to our flat being left in the wrong lock box so we had to phone the owners to sort it out.
There was only a sofa to sit on, a bit awkward to all sit in a line. Couple of additional easy chairs would help.
The flat was superficially reasonably clean but needs a good deep clean, especially paintwork and doors. The floor where the pedal bin is stored is very dirty/stained. All the decoration needs freshening up.
Not knowing Worcester, we were not aware that the flat is in a street full of bars and restaurants and is, in fact, right opposite a bar that was very noisy until 2am.

Very poor standard of cleanliness, smelt musty and had to clean out the fridge and wash the floor as it was so sticky - the bathroom wasn't clean and white what looked like body fluid on the bed throw -more attention to detail and it would have been great.

The apartment was beautiful. I totally disagree with the last review. We found it to be bright and very comfortable. The kitchen was great and had everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable. The hot water on demand was very hot. The couch was comfy. Nice location close to everything.
There is some noise. We were there early in the week and it was quiet but I imagine it could get hopping. The garbage truck comes by right under your window at around 6:00/7:00 but we’re early riser so no problem. Yes I tripped on the entrance way but only once and easy to get used to it being there. The drain in the shower just needed to be lifted, drains well.

The flat was very very dark and the advertising pictures were a misrepresentation of light levels. The decor was 250 shades of grey which enhanced the misery of por light levels.
The shower was very poor and the lack of power and poor drench capacity increased shower time unacceptably. The shower tray filled up with water and I had to lift the drain cover where I found it blocked up with soap hair etc. This is unacceptable. That trap should be inspected and cleaned once a week to avoid the obvious risks of flooding and infection. Disgusting.
I tripped over the entry to the living room because there was a low rise of the floor level from the hall. I couldn't see it because the light levels were so poor.
The single glaze sitting room window is rotting and needs replacing with double glazed sash window in keeping with it's historic location. I tried to open it but the upper sash was painted shut and the lower sash wouldn't stay open because of no maintenance/repair. Probably one of the sash cords is missing or has slipped off the weights. As I went to the window I could feel the floor has not been renewed and the carpet covers up varying floor levels. There was a distinct dip in the floor as I moved away from the window. This is unacceptable and made me wonder what else was being covered up.
The electrical arrangements in the bedroom nearest the bathroom were not up to proper standards. I consider the tacking of extension sockets to the wall behind the bedstead and the chest of drawers is slovenly substandard practice. I am considering whether to report this to the local authority. There was no Nicci certificate on the 2 extension sockets. The remedy was to have installed correct standard double sockets in accessible places. The electric sockets were not up to modern specs. They should include USB ports.
The kitchen should but did not include a slimline dishwasher. There was room for one.

Location was great very close to bars and restaurants. The property was very clean and modern and the heating was very good. Pickup of keys from the lock box went smoothly. Car parking was very close by and at a good price (just over £7 for two days).
Bit noisy on weekend from the bar opposite but would expect that from any place that close to the bars.

Fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms
No double glazing. Can’t get to sleep till 2am as the apartment is right on the bar street. Super loud.

Did not mention is in a very noisy evening area. Three pubs on top of you and stayed open very late. Great if you are young, we were not

The downstairs bars are a bit noisy at night.
