Breakfast was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. Freshly cooked food that was hot really and excellent start to the day. The room and bathroom were both very clean and the bed very comfortable.

I could not find fault with the hotel, its staff and food a cracking stayover enjoyed by all the family.

Good car parking, clean bathroom, really nice staff. The place was quite busy with other residents but it still wasn’t noisy.

The communal areas have a comfortable and traditional vibe but the room was very modern and felt fresh. This combination of old and new was lovely. We were really happy with the vegan option for breakfast.

Absolutely superb stay, from the moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Andreas in particular was an excellent representative for the hotel. 1st class all the way. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lots of breakfast options, so plenty for everyone. A real treat.

The experience was really nice, the room was clean, very comfortable and excellent value of money. We had dinner at the bar, staff very friendly. Same to be said at breakfast and at check-in and check-out. Would highly recommend if passing through or for a work trip.

Bar food was standard bar food. Nothing earth shattering, but a decent enough burger with a drink. Breakfast was perhaps on the smaller side, but overall more than good enough.

The staff were all very pleasant. Plenty of hot water. The evening meal was lovely.

The continental breakfast selection was poor, a few boxes of cereal and bits of fruit available. You have to pre-order breakfast in the morning and select a time to eat. I don't like big, cooked breakfasts in the morning, so I felt that there wasn't much for me to eat. The room was cold as the radiator was turned off (hotels are feeling the pinch more than anything with the rise in energy bills, so I understand why it was off). However, the radiator took hours to heat the room up and I went to bed feeling cold.

They do a fantastic breakfast and the location was very good for where I was working

Room 3 was not the best room to be in. there seemed to be a constant noise as if there was air conditioning going on or something along that lines. Difficult to get off to sleep

Overpriced. Room was really noisy (family room above the function room which meant baby didn’t sleep)

The mattress was dipped in the middle and the pillows were far too hard, could not get a good sleep which was disappointing as everything else was great. The bar spilling out at 1pm was noisy but this was lovely to hear how busy they were and good to see normality prevail.

The service was superb . Genuine people that couldn't do enough for you ...super relaxed atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean .. If only everywhere was like this !
