Great location. Really enjoyed pleasant hello from reception staff member. A bit tired but overall comfortable.

Just a bit tired and lacking in tea / coffee making in rooms.

Location on the Rhine. Lovely friendly lady to greet us.

Poor condition of hotel corridors but room was good.

I had walked to the Rhine promenade from the Railway Station and initially had difficulties finding the property. The lady I phoned was very helpful and even came out to look for me and gave me good directions. I had booked a single room with river view, but was initially given a double room without river view, but as soon as I mentioned that I would like the river view they got me a different room ready in a very courteous manner even giving me a big bottle of fizzy water to drink while I waited. I loved my river view (see photo) and the beautiful location of the property and the very attentive service as well as good free wifi. I went on a boat trip up the Rhine to the Loreley, which started and finished just a few metres from the property and was spectacular (see photos)

I was happy there. There was nothing I did not like.

Well located close to the river and the town centre

The property is in transition after being purchased from someone else. There is no real reception and it is in need of cleaning and renovation.

Location, Rhein view from the room. The hotel is immediately in front of Rhein and the nicest walking area of Boppard

Loved being by the river. Check-out was very easy.

Floor needed to be vacuumed before check-in. More electrical plugs near the bed would be nice.
