Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι μέσα στα έλατα. Αρκετά προσεγμένο, όμορφο, καθαρό και περιποιημένο, με ωραία διακόσμηση που δένει με το τοπίο. Το προσωπικό ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστο, φιλόξενο και περιποιητικό. Τα δωμάτια που μείναμε ήταν ευρύχωρα και όμορφα . Τα παιδιά μας ξετρελαθήκαν με το διπλό κρεβάτι στο πατάρι του δωματίου. Την ημέρα που μείναμε χιόνισε , οπότε το τοπίο έγινε ονειρικό. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε και θα το δοκιμάσουμε και καλοκαίρι. Την ίδια άποψη έχει και η άλλη οικογένεια που πήγαμε μαζί.

Great location just a few minutes from Vytina. Super friendly staff. Great vibe. Close to the horse riding.

Hard mattresses.

Although we had booked deluxe apartment 96 m2, they gave as an old obsolete apartment of 45 m2. They said they did not have the apartment described inside booking site. In addition they didn't have parking near the apartment, most of the interior lights did not work as well as the TV. Also was lack of power supplies. We finally were charged 57 euros for 2 drinks, 2 colas and a small plate of cheeses. They didn't allow 2 h extra stay, although we are genius 3 members. The road to the hotel is dangerous especially when has ice.

The location is literally a gem! Remote, in the middle of a forest. Beautiful views and a perfect location for someone who seeks tranquility. Also, the hotel is pet friendly although I didn’t have a pet with me. All fireplaces were constantly lit. Polite staff.

Huge disappointment for the below reasons: - when we arrived we were informed that there was a mistake and they had accidentally put us in a smaller room. They said they upgraded us to a bigger one but we had to move to another room the following day. Mistakes happen but the room we had booked had 4 beds and we ended up staying in rooms with 1 bed and 2 sofas. Definitely not an upgrade - the rooms were full of dog hair and the toilet was dirty. The duvet had clear holes and the staff didn’t bother changing it. - VERY OVERPRICED food. For a plane beef stake with fries, I paid 24€. For all the above, it’s a very overpriced hotel with serious hygiene issues that need to be tackled asap.

The hotel is located in a quite beautiful location, a few hundreds of meters, near the village, which gives it a unique experience. The hotel has a very large ground of its own which makes it very spacious. This is a real luxurious place without being pompous. The rooms and the entire hotel, are nicely decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. This place is highly recommended for people looking for a quite and luxurious place.

nice location and facilities

Staff treated us poorly. Their credit card payment system didn't work and they held us for two hours and at the end escorted us to another town to get them cash. They screwed up our plans for the day. The room was smaller than the photos showed and it wasn't very clean

The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful drive and the view was amazing! The breakfast was really good. We had freshly made doughnuts!

There was no air conditioning in our room and I didn’t realize this when I booked. Hot summer nights are uncomfortable without air conditioning.

EXCEPTIONAL - beautiful location, big room, great breakfast, already recommended this hotel to friends I stayed here while doing the Menalon trail, it was so good :)
