Really comfy beds and the underfloor heating was a real treat. The kitchenette was perfect for us for a couple of nights stay. The location was great for our visit to the Lego House and we loved all the Lego in the apartment too.

A sink for washing up in the living room instead of doing in the toilet

Meget hyggeligt og personligt indrettet. Mange fine LEGO ting. Der var kaffe, te m.v. Fint køleskab, kogekedel og flere køkkenting. Dejlig bruser med masser af varmt vand. Gode og behagelige senge.

Der var have vi skulle bruge og alt var klart til os.

Der manglede en dør mellem gang og stue. Da lyset i gangen var automatisk, gav det gener om natten for de to der overnattede i stuen.

First night we arrived, there were no towels! The blankets and pillows were smelly! Even my kids said their pillows stinks! We arrived late around 10pm, so we did not want to wake up the host since it was late. We tried to contact the host the next morning, we did not hear anything back for the whole day. We called and left a message. Knock on the door. No response. Finally we called booking.com They managed to get hold of the host. They showed up around 9:30pm. The host kept complaining about the "Professional Cleaning Service" and booking.com for not delivering messages, as if nothing is their fault and it is all the professional cleaning service and booking.com issues. Finally by 10pm, we received towels and replacement of bedsheeets. We told the host we were not happy about the whole senario. The host told us that we can leave if we are not happy! Unbelievable!!!! It's 10pm! He was asking us to leave at 10pm, with 2 exhausted kids. Very poor attitude. No customer service. No sense of Hygiene. The area was full of ants. See photos. There were used towels in laundry basket from previous customer in washroom. When we complained to booking.com about the towels, he told us that we are making a big fuss and we could have used a t-shirt to dry our body instead of towels. Also we should book a hotel instead of complaining about no towels and smelly pillows and blankets. Can you believe that's his response? Good luck staying there with such customer service.

Loved the comfortableness of the place. Hosts were very welcoming and amazingly accommodating. We'd the outdoor living space to ourselves and they love when you use the garden too. Everything was at our disposal. The outdoor living space was an absolute hit with our family. It was magic! Logs and fire starters available for fire pit. Barbecue too. We looked forward to eating and relaxing there every evening. Any questions before and during our stay were answered promptly and fully. They are excellent hosts. Short walk from Lego house and not far from Legoland either. Great bus service. Big Supermarket short walk too and good local restaurants..

Not so private, as I thought based on the description - you actually rent a part of a house, not the whole house. The patio is shared with the owners, it didn't bother me, but took me by surprise. There is a friendly cat on the property (for me it's not a problem, but it should be mentioned for people with allergies), jacuzzi actually not included. But overall our one night stay was very good, thanks

the location is great. the outside area is beautiful.

There is no hot tub despite being advertised heavily in the listing. this was the only reason I booked the property and was not told it wasn’t working until I got there. I would have cancelled the booking had I known it wasn’t available. the bathroom was dirty and you’re supposed to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink? not very hygienic. overall really very disappointing as the rest of our holiday in Denmark was excellent.

We loved the garden. Very beautiful! The house has everything you need to live in it. There is not a sink in the kitchen, but it can be remedied with the external one. There is a mini fridge and a microwave. The house is 10 minutes from Billund centre where there is Legohouse, restaurant Mini Chef and with a bus you can go.to Legoland. There are supermarkets nearby the city centre. Hospitality is an added value. We had a very early flight home and the owner of the house drove us at the airport at 4am, a kindness you don't find everywhere!

The setting was lovely. Billund is very walkable and this was an excellent location for both the centre, and Legoland. The home was well equipped with everyhting that we needed. The kids loved the lego touches throughout the house. Daniel was excellent with his communications and we really appreciated that.

Location of Airbnb was great for getting fast to the city centre and Legoland. Hosts were very helpful and make our stay very pleasant. Apartment was very convenient and with nice Lego accents.

Comfortable, warm and cosy place, friendly hosts, went out of their way to be helpful. Close to shops and local town. Safe and very peaceful neighbourhood. Good speed WiFi. Great TV. Value for money. The hosts even thought of card games and lego for the kids. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

It was very close to the main city and everything we needed for the night was there. Small kitchen things were inside, plenty of room and nice bathroom. As we visited the place during winter, we didnt use garden opportunities and inside was nice and warm.

Could be a bit warmer. Temperature was set/locked to 20 degrees.

The garden area was amazing. The location was also good and loved the neighbourhood!

It was a bit chilly in the mornings.

Just following the booking occurred at 5 P.M., the owner called us saying that he didn't manage to clean the house after the last guest spent a night there. I had to clean the bathroom and change the bed sheets myself... This shall not occour on Booking!

The garden is magical. The accomodation was cosy and clean. The communication with the host was through Booking.com and she responded quickly. My kids loved Netflix 😉 and games available in the apartment. The rooms were good size. The location is great, very quiet street, 10 min away from the centre and Lego House, about 40min to Legoland and Wow park. We walked everywhere. I would recommend it to anyone for a short stay as the food preparation and cooking is limited.

No kitchen. I was missing an oven and a washing machine,but there is a panini maker, microwave, kettle and a small fridge available. You can have perhaps BBQ in the garden, which is stunning.

It was realy nice accommodation on nice place and kindfull people 😊 Its quaiet place, with garden, you realy can rest here from all this atractions, and its realy very near to Legoland atractions by the walk😉 I will recomend this place and family 😊
