Een zeer gemoedelijk hotel met persoonlijke aandacht. Uitstekend ontbijt, ruime kamer met groot balkon. Mooie tuin. Volop parkeergelegenheid in directe omgeving.

every thing was perfect

Perfect location to get to all the places we wanted to see. Friendly warm welcome from Michael. Clean and very good breakfast.

Was not a dislike but could have had a few more options behind bar eg: Pink Gin But not a major problem.

We booked and paid for two nights and stayed only one. the evening management was very poor enthusiasm does not replace professionalism. As travellers we seek out small local hotels generally with good results this was very disappointing.

Location is good for proximity to the Troodos mountains and Omodos village. Also close to many wineries which are open for tasting sessions. Breakfast was basic but nice, bacon, two fried eggs with cheese and tomato... but other choices as well, fruit, cereal etc etc

We went in February and alot of the restaurants in the village of Platres were either closed or on limited opening times. Saying that, we did eat at one of the restaurant's in the village, Skylight, and it was very nice.

A nice small hotel with a family vibe. Come for some Christmas mood - it's very cozy and nicely decorated! The personnel was helpful and polite, the breakfast was nothing special though. Our room (28) was very spacious and with a big balcony, very clean. The lobby has a TV, a bar, a fireplace, and even a piano - all you need for a nice evening in any company. The decor of the lobby has a lot of interesting old objects, like radios, books, vases, toys etc.

Overall the hotel is a bit "retro" in terms of renovation, furniture etc., so the value-for-money ratio could be better. But maybe it's just the prices now in December due to high demand in the mountains. I would still recommend it as a nice place for a weekend in Troodos.
