all dirty fans, no basic amenities for shower,inadequate ventilation, towel rack, soap holders. compared to most bnb. little bit more attention to kitchen utilities too, no built in robes on 2 main bedrooms, not to mention cleaners turning up even before check out time.

The size was good location good and the host was quick to act on my messages

This is not a criticism,just an idea for future guests ,but a nice touch after 8hrs of driving would have been complimentary milk in the fridge for coffee ,soap in shower and normal coffee,needed extra pillows in each room as very low profile,just spares for people who need them,microwave bowls for using microwave, and wine glasses as well as flutes would be great.thankyou yvonne for your help with towels !

Overall the house is really nice and in a great location and quiet street, I loved these aspects. However, the shower leaks, TV did not work for me and the front lock occasionally jams. Thanks for the back up key though.

3 bedrooms and a small sitting room PLUS a very large living room out the back. The host responded very quickly to our request for a drying rack when we pointed out it wasn't there. The location was great.

The bed was hard in the main bedroom. The listing for the house states there is a dishwasher, however it is broken and looking at other reviews it has been since at least July - it should be removed from the listing.

Clean and the beds was nice to sleep on. Not to far away from Parra and rosehill. Great place to stay

Had a problem when opening the front door at first, the electronic lock wasn’t opening after unlocking it, after a few try’s it eventually opens. The rooms didn’t have locks to lock the room at night, especially having 2 couples, anything could go wrong.

didnt provide basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish washing stuff and cleaning supplies. the curtain in one of the bedroom was broken and was left on the ground. we didnt want to sleep in the room with an open window as it would be uncomfortable for the people living behind to walk past and see you sleeping through the window. tried to fix the curtain but it didnt cover the entire window. the wifi was really slow as well.

heating not sufficient for size, oil heater in one room did not work at all. shower not adjustable and not reachable for short person blinds are dirty and sticky and not all of them working. dishwasher did not work electrical points coming away from wall in kitchen is a safety hazard

Location was good for us and the back room was nice and spacious.

Feel it was in mid renovation as there were power points that were not secured to the wall. Painters tape still around some windows. Bathroom not completed as nowhere to hang towels and roof not finished and grout missing from shower, went to use dishwasher as we were a big family and a fault came on it and then noticed there was a very faint “out of order” written on it. The lawn not mown. advertised as shared driveway but not allowed to use at all and we’re told to park on kerb, rang to ask to park one car in carport for the night as it was a shared driveway but told no but told we could park on the grass on the last night stay to which were told we were allowed to do so as it was in the information in the add and given to us but have all communication which does not mention this. no dryer or airer which doesn’t help when raining and you need to dry clothes. no basket to put clothes in to get to the clothes lines. air con in main part of house only works on dry mode but doesn’t heat the house. spent an hour trying to clean a tray in the oven and gave up. booked for 6 people but only had towels for 4, found some extras but think they were used for dogs as they had hair on them. Felt unsafe when the sliding back door does not have a lock and the only way to stop people coming in was that the mesh screen door locked. Yes we did think about ringing but we did not feel comfortable for people to be there when we were not and we were out all days and were able to work around these things for a short stay but long term it would be hard. When we did ring we were stated it was in the add and information received. A shared driveway to us means both can use not just one person and main house is forced to park on kerb side which was not stated until the morning of our arrival.

4 towels were supplied initially with 6 guests was inadequate but host was quick to supply additional towels requested. No ironing board was available.Only 1 bathroom made the stay a bit difficult

beautiful sun room out the back. was sad the front lounge air con wasn’t working but the back aircon kept the house warm.
